Garments sizing issue
I recently had an issue with a garment I bought where the sizing was a bit off. Usually, this retailer’s clothes fit me fine, but I noticed one shirt was smaller than the other, even though they were both the same size. One of them fit great, but the other was noticeably tighter, like it was a size smaller. Despite this, both shirts were really well-made with great quality and finish. I think there might have been a mistake in quality control where the wrong size label got put on the smaller shirt.
Luckily, I was able to sort this out easily by returning the item and getting a new one. The company's customer service was really efficient, and their return policy was simple to follow. I always look for quality in cloth as it one of the most important thing when i buy cloth. Mostly, i dont get the quality i look for online shopping that's why i dont do that much shopping from online companies. After a very long time, i decide to buy something from Tokyo Laundry. I am so impressed that i really get the quality i was looking. My first order was embroidery sweatshirt, however, after that, i ordered jogger and shoes for myself.

I've recently ordered some clothes and it was a breeze! The clothes arrived really quickly, which was brilliant. But geez, why do they keep bombarding me with so many emails? My inbox feels like it's about to burst with Tokyo Laundry emails!
Men's boxers
The men's boxers I bought were really good quality and the colours were great. I have always found men's boxers to be much more comfy than women's underwear, so I thought I'd give them a try. I was really pleased with how comfy they were and the variety of colours on offer. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for comfy underwear.
T-shirts and polo shirts
I've recently bought a bunch of t-shirts and polo shirts from the store. The problem is, after chucking them in the wash once, they shrank loads, even though I followed the washing instructions. I reckon, as a customer, I should be able to rely on better quality when I'm splashing out on stuff, especially from a well-known shop like this. The sizing was way off, and now I can't even wear these things. I was proper let down by how quickly they fell apart and the poor quality of the clothes. Hopefully they'll sort this out before more folks end up in the same boat.
