The warm fleece pants and top I got from this company about two months back are top-notch. I've really loved how comfy and lasting they are. But, the thing is, my overall experience has kind of been soured by the company's reliance on physical catalogs for their ads. Even though I really like their stuff, I'm kinda bummed that my purchase ends up feeling a bit tainted because of their wasteful marketing ways. The constant flow of catalogs with shiny pictures and ads just adds to all the unnecessary clutter and harm to the environment. It's a shame to see a company choosing aggressive marketing over sustainable practices. From now on, I'll be more careful with where I shop and try to avoid supporting companies that don't match up with my values.
Jogging trousers purchase
Damart clothing was really good quality back in the day, but now that I'm a retiree on a budget, I managed to snag a pair of jogging trousers for a great price. They fit really well, felt good, and were top-notch quality, so I wanted to get more. However, ordering more turned into a bit of a nightmare at the checkout stage due to an incomplete address. I reached out to customer service for help and they promised to sort it out, but the issue kept cropping up every time I tried. Finally, after a lot of back and forth, the delivery arrived and the clothes were fantastic, just like I expected. Damart's clothing quality is still top-tier, but they really need to work on fixing their delivery address system.
Cotton pyjamas
I've been a loyal customer of this brand for years now and I've bought loads of pairs of cotton pyjamas. The cotton they use is top-notch, really comfy and lasts long. I love the short-sleeved tops and cropped trousers the most, they're my favourites and I can't recommend them enough. Wearing these pyjamas in bed is just pure bliss, they've become a staple in my wardrobe for sure. When it comes to sleepwear, I wouldn't even think of going anywhere else because Damart always nails it with their quality and comfort.
Two early delivered items
I was really pleased with how quick the service was from this company. It was a nice surprise that both things I bought arrived early. They were also really good quality and better than I expected. Overall, I was very happy with everything.
Easy care cardigans
I've been a loyal customer for 25 years, but my recent purchase of replacement cardigans was a let-down. I was expecting them to be the same as the ones I bought years ago, but the quality was way off. The wool was thicker and fluffier, and they started to pill after not very long. When I contacted customer service about it, they were dismissive and basically said tough luck. Treating a long-time customer like that is not on, so I won't be buying from them again.
New trousers purchase
As a new customer, I bought a pair of trousers from this place recently and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. The trousers came quickly, were packaged well, and were in perfect condition. The website was easy to use, and the helpful product information made it easier for me to decide. Paying was simple, and I liked the different options available. All in all, my first experience was great, and I would definitely recommend them.
Ribbed top disappointment
The service from this company was really good, but I have to say I wasn't too happy with the ribbed top I bought. I had got a similar one from them before which I really liked. But this new top doesn't feel as comfy on me, and I really wish I could have got the same style in black instead. It's a shame I have to send it back, because I was really looking forward to it based on my past experiences with the brand.
Crinkle trousers and free gift
I've had mixed experiences with this company. Mostly, I've been happy with the stuff I've gotten - some have lasted ages. But my latest order was a bit of a disappointment. Got myself a pair of crinkle trousers, they're alright, but the free bamboo socks that were meant to come with it were nowhere to be found. It was a letdown not getting that extra something I was looking forward to.
Easy ordering, quick delivery, statement issue
I just placed my first order with this company, and I was happy with how easy it was to order and how fast it was delivered. But when I got my first statement, I realised that they had only listed one item instead of three. Luckily, Kirk sorted out the problem quickly and assured me that it would be fixed on my next statement.
Cheap cotton briefs
These cotton shorts were terrible, they were all worn out and really uncomfortable to wear. I just wish we had some good ol' British cotton items instead of these cheap imports!
My new clothes

Grey nightie, weird sweater
Sometimes things aren't always as they appear in pictures. I ended up with a grey nightdress instead of navy and a strange jumper that was a different colour and material. I didn't realise I would have to pay two delivery charges for ordering two different items. Next time, I'll be more cautious and make sure I really like something before I buy it.

I bought this flat-pack wardrobe from a company recently. The packaging was a nightmare, with 20 panels and over 100 fixings, making it impossible to return once opened. It took me two days of frustration to assemble it. The product was poor quality and didn't make me happy at all. Overall, it was a really disappointing experience.
