After buying from them for years, I honestly thought a couple of problems would be sorted without much fuss. I was wrong, or at least that’s how it felt. I raised two separate complaints and neither received a proper reply, which was the most frustrating part. The products had usually been fine, so I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt at first. But no acknowledgement, no offer to put things right. I’ve asked to be removed from the mailing list now; I don’t want any more brochures.
