Comfortable bras, virtual fitting during covid
I don't usually bother with writing reviews, but I just have to shout about how much I love Pour Moi bras. I've had a nightmare trying to find the right size, even with a virtual fitting during the whole covid situation, but Pour Moi absolutely nailed it - 32HH for me. These bras are seriously comfy, it's like they're hugging my boobs in a fluffy cloud. I've given cheaper bras a go in the past, but they always end up digging in and feeling too tight, even when I thought I had it right. The customer service team has been brilliant, always answering my questions in a clear and friendly way. Plus, the delivery is quick and reliable. If you've got boobs, especially if you're on the curvier side like me, I can't recommend Pour Moi enough.
Issue with Royal Mail delivery
I had a problem with a delivery from Royal Mail recently. They said they delivered my parcel, but I couldn't find it anywhere. Feeling frustrated and needing the item for an event, I got in touch with customer service. Luckily, I was put through to Sam, who was absolutely fantastic. Sam listened to my situation and went out of his way to help me. He quickly organised a replacement to be sent out to me with express delivery, making sure I would get it in time for my event. I can't thank Sam enough for his outstanding service and willingness to help me fix the issue. It's experiences like this that make me feel confident about buying from this company again in the future.
Next day delivery order
I had to get in touch with customer service because there was a mistake with my next day delivery order. Sam from the customer service team was really helpful and quick to respond. I got in touch at 9am and she answered the phone straight away and also replied to my email promptly. Normally, it can take days or even weeks to hear back from customer service so I was pleasantly surprised by how fast and efficient Sam was. Not only did she fix the mistake with my address, but she was also really polite and professional throughout. Her help was so valuable and because of this great experience, I am now a loyal customer. Space bikini range
I've had a really great experience with this company. They're the only ones who have been able to provide bikini tops big enough for my chest, which is a huge relief. The quality of their products is fantastic and I've never had any problems with my orders. The fast delivery and free returns policy are excellent bonuses that make the whole shopping experience even better. The only downside is that they no longer have the space brief in my size, which is a shame as it was a key part of my bikini collection. It was a simple and comfy brief with good coverage that I've struggled to find elsewhere.
"Bra n stuff"
I bought a lovely new bra and some knickers from this store and they are really pretty! The fabric is so soft and they fit me perfectly! I feel fantastic wearing them! They were definitely worth every penny!

Recent swimsuit purchase
I bought a swimsuit from this place not long ago and was really pleased with how good it was. But, after just 8 weeks, the underwire decided to make a run for it - something that's never happened to me before! I got in touch with pour moi customer service and they were super quick to help out, sending me a replacement swimsuit in just 2 days. Seriously impressed with their top-notch service and the quick delivery. All in all, definitely a 5-star experience in my book.
Recent lingerie purchase
I absolutely love the lingerie I recently purchased! It's absolutely gorgeous and fits me like a glove. It has quickly become my go-to brand for lingerie, and their customer service is outstanding. Any problems I encountered were sorted out promptly and effectively. It's definitely worth the investment, and I'll definitely be treating myself to more in the future. The only thing I would suggest is to expand the range for those of us with bigger bust sizes.
Refund delay
I recently took something back to the shop on 6th March. I got in touch with customer service straight away about getting my money back, and they told me it would be sorted. But even though they said that, I still haven't had my refund yet. I've not heard anything back after my last email, and it's really annoying not getting any updates. Because of all this, I've decided I won't be buying anything from this shop again.
Cute bath bombs and sparkly lip gloss
I recently bought some really cute bath bombs and sparkly lip gloss. However, when I went to pay, my old address came up by mistake! I got a bit worried, but I decided to contact the customer support team. Thankfully, this really awesome person called Sam got back to me really quickly, like within an hour! They fixed my address issue and I received my goodies in no time at all. I have to say, the service I received was absolutely fantastic!
Clothing purchase
I love the clothes, they are super cute and on-trend! But they always advertise discounts with codes like PMUKW10-2158-PC9ZJC8 but they never seem to work at checkout. It's really frustrating because I want to save money but always end up paying full price. I do have an account with them, but it's just so irritating, I might just stop shopping there altogether.
Returned item assistance
I had to return something recently and found it a bit tricky. I got in touch with customer service and they were really helpful. Sam from their team was especially great. I popped into the shop and the ladies there were absolutely lovely! They really helped me pick out the ideal tankini for my upcoming holiday. 40C bra
I bought a 40C bra from this shop thinking it would fit nicely because I always wear that size from a different well-known brand. But it turned out to be too tight and not very comfortable. I was really let down because I had to keep it even though it didn't fit me properly.
