Wrong colour but full refund
I bought this really cool top from their website but when it arrived, it was the wrong colour! 😱 I was really disappointed because I really wanted it in pink, but they sent me a blue one instead. However, when I got in touch with them, they were really nice and reassured me that I would receive a full refund. I was a bit worried because some companies can be really difficult about refunds, but they were great about it. They even sent me a return label so I could send the blue top back. Once they received it, they emailed me to let me know that they had processed the full refund, which was fantastic. They were really easy to contact and kept me informed throughout the whole process. I will definitely order from them again because they handled everything so well. Also, they use Royal Mail for delivery, which is a big plus because they're very reliable and quick! 😊
Jumpers and tops
I've just bought some jumpers and tops from this website and I have to say, I am really impressed. The clothes are such good quality and the designs are just beautiful. Every time I wear them, I get lots of compliments and people asking where I got them. The packaging was done nicely and my order arrived quickly, which is always great. It's worth checking the sizes carefully before ordering, as one size might not fit everyone. I am a size 12-14 and the one size items I bought fit me really comfortably with plenty of room. I also made the most of the Black Friday event and got everything at a massive 50% off - it was amazing. I'll definitely be coming back to this online store.

These are quality products that guarantee peace of mind. Secondly, I can order for the products today and have it delivered to me the next day free of charge. That is awesome. Aside that, the company has effective customer service representatives that ensure customer satisfaction is guaranteed with room for return and refund of any unsatisfied goods. These I have experienced from the company.

Oh my goodness, you won't believe it but I stumbled upon this website completely by chance. My daughter actually shared the link with me and I am so glad she did. I bought a cardigan from Designer Desirables recently and I was really pleased with how nice it was. But, I was a bit let down by the customer service. Even though I paid extra for next day delivery, my order arrived late. I sent an email to the customer service team but never heard back from them. I didn't get any apology either. The cardigan did eventually turn up, but it took longer than I expected.

The most adorable jumpers I’ve ever purchased

I'm sorry to say that I've had a bit of a problem with a recent purchase I made from your store. I got a blouse and skirt from the website, but when they arrived, I wasn't happy with the quality. So, I sent them back on November 22nd, following the instructions for returns. However, I still haven't received my refund and that's really getting me worried. I don't know where my returned items are or where my money is. I tried to get in touch with customer service on the website, but it was closed and I didn't get any response to my questions. It's a bit worrying that they're not taking back returned items and not processing refunds quickly. Could you please help me sort this out quickly? I would really appreciate it if you could suggest any other way to contact you or any steps to speed up the process.
