I've always been really interested in this brand - they've got such a cool style that's so different from other brands, with their bright and bold colours. I got myself a pair of trousers in a really striking hue recently, and I have to say, I'm absolutely chuffed with them. The quality is top-notch, they fit like a dream and they're just as described. The colour is so vibrant and really catches the eye. I ordered them through an app from a third party, and I didn't have any bother at all with the ordering process.
Never got my order
I've been asking multiple times to get my money back because my order never arrived. Honestly, their customer service is absolutely awful. I had to wait for ages and they still didn't sort out my issue!
Recent order delay
I was really looking forward to my recent order from your online store, but I have to say it's been quite frustrating. I made the order on May 10th, and now it's been 15 days with no tracking number or sign of my purchase. Despite reaching out to customer service multiple times, all I got were apologies with no real solutions. This delay has got me worried, especially as I'm heading off on a trip tomorrow and I'm afraid I'll miss the delivery completely. This is the second time I've had problems like this as a returning customer, and it's making me think twice about shopping with you again in the future.
Great fit clothing
I absolutely love the clothes I purchased- they always fit perfectly and are such good quality. I've been a loyal customer for years because of this.
Two tops
I'm really upset with the service I got from this company. I ordered two tops more than two weeks ago, and they are still not here. I got an email saying they were sent a week ago, but they haven't arrived. How long should it take for a small package to arrive from London or Barcelona? This is so frustrating! It seems like they're trying to rip off customers by not sending what they bought. It's just not right.
Coats, sweaters, and bags
I've been buying them for ages and I've noticed a real drop in quality recently, it's quite sad really. I wish they would bring back some of their old collections because the new stuff is just so boring. Us grown women want clothes that fit well, with bright colours and trendy styles, we don't want Mickey Mouse designs. Step it up, Desigual, you can do better than this!
Skirt purchase
I'm really disappointed with the lack of communication and transparency about my recent skirt purchase. I ordered it over a week ago, and it still hasn't arrived. No one has told me where it is, so I feel frustrated and let down. These days, fast delivery should be normal, not a special thing. I don't understand why it's taking so long for my skirt to get to me when companies like Amazon can do it quickly. The tracking information says my skirt has been on the way for days, and I'm losing patience. If it doesn't come today, I'll cancel my order without waiting.
Dresses not received
I'm still waiting for my dresses to arrive in Denmark. I don't get why this keeps happening, especially when they're saying they're working on making things better for customers. Just send me my dresses already! I'd rather have the dresses than a refund.
Colourful and unique clothing
I've been a customer for a good while now, and it's clear to me that this brand is always changing and growing. I've never had any problems, and if anything did pop up, it was sorted out right away. The clothes are really well made - I've still got stuff from ten years back that's still in top shape. Good quality does cost more, but it's worth it in the long run.

I've been a regular customer at this shop for a while now, and I have to say I'm really disappointed with my recent experience. Normally, they're quick and efficient with my orders, but this time everything seems to be moving at a snail's pace. Express delivery
I'm really disappointed with the express delivery service I paid extra for. They said it would arrive in 1-2 days, but I haven't heard anything about my order. It's so frustrating and it feels like they've let me down. I've tried to contact customer service, but I haven't got any answers. Not meeting the promised delivery time is just not right and it's made my shopping experience really bad.
"Undelivered parcel frustration"
I'm absolutely furious. This is now the second time that these guys have messed up my delivery. The tracking info says it's been dropped off, but I promise you, it hasn't. It honestly feels like I've been scammed out of my cash and faith in this company. How can they think it's okay to be so deceitful? It's just not on. Needless to say, I won't be buying from them anymore.
Eclectic and stylish clothing
I've been a big fan of this brand for ages and I'm always blown away by how their style keeps getting better and better, not to mention their cool collaborations. What really stands out for me is how they're all about using eco-friendly materials and offering more sizes. But let me tell you, my most recent buy was something else! Every single piece I tried on was top-notch in terms of quality and design. I loved them so much, I didn't even think twice about keeping them all. These clothes made me feel amazing and sure of myself, and in my opinion, they're worth every penny.

In order Jumper,jeans and tops for kids
Earlier I had faced similar problem from same venue London and I switched to Desigual last year.
But after few timely delivery I am facing same issues. No ,there is nothing about quality and pricing..That is absolutely great..But need attention what I explained above.
