    I recently bought something from this brand, but I was so let down because what I got was totally different from what I asked for. Not only did they mess up my order, but they also included things I didn't even want. When I got in touch with them about the mix-up, they weren't very helpful and told me to send everything back before they'd consider giving me a refund. It's been more than a month now since I sent the items back, and I still haven't got my money back. The way they've handled this situation and their lack of care for their mistakes is so frustrating. I'll definitely think twice before ordering from them again.

    This brand is a total nightmare. I ordered an outfit for a special occasion back in early May, and I'm still waiting for it to arrive.     I'm really disappointed with this company's lack of efficiency. I ordered something a week ago and it still hasn't been sent out. How come they say it takes 5-7 days for delivery but can't even manage that? It's just so frustrating and not fair.     "Undelivered parcel frustration"

    I'm absolutely furious. This is now the second time that these guys have messed up my delivery. The tracking info says it's been dropped off, but I promise you, it hasn't. It honestly feels like I've been scammed out of my cash and faith in this company. How can they think it's okay to be so deceitful? It's just not on.
