I've been a big fan of this brand for ages and I'm always blown away by how their style keeps getting better and better, not to mention their cool collaborations. Need some attention
I had ordered of 398.00 dollars and delivery was made by carrier very late.
I was from Canada and meet with minimum order cost for free delivery,it was free but not on time.

Earlier I had faced similar problem from same venue London and I switched to Desigual last year.

This brand is a total nightmare. I ordered an outfit for a special occasion back in early May, and I'm still waiting for it to arrive. 5-7 day delivery
I'm really disappointed with this company's lack of efficiency. I ordered something a week ago and it still hasn't been sent out. How come they say it takes 5-7 days for delivery but can't even manage that? It's just so frustrating and not fair. I don't get why they think it's okay to make customers wait so long for their orders to even be sorted, let alone arrive. I'm really upset with the service I got from this company. I ordered two tops more than two weeks ago, and they are still not here. I've been buying them for ages and I've noticed a real drop in quality recently, it's quite sad really. Skirt purchase
I'm really disappointed with the lack of communication and transparency about my recent skirt purchase. I ordered it over a week ago, and it still hasn't arrived. No one has told me where it is, so I feel frustrated and let down. These days, fast delivery should be normal, not a special thing. I don't understand why it's taking so long for my skirt to get to me when companies like Amazon can do it quickly. The tracking information says my skirt has been on the way for days, and I'm losing patience. If it doesn't come today, I'll cancel my order without waiting.
