proper arch support, not just soft foam, and the sole feels solid rather than flimsy. The look is a bit loud but in a low-key way; you notice them but they don’t shout. They’ve held up after a few weeks of daily wear, though the laces are a bit cheap — they’ll do, but I’ll swap them eventually. Price was fair for what you get, and that’s why I kept them. So, slightly mixed but mostly pleased, yes, would recommend if you need support and don’t mind a colourful twist.
Double trouble, decent bits
I was halfway through a cup of tea when the website told me my payment hadn’t gone through, so I clicked pay again — ended up with two identical orders and two charges. First time buying from them, I was proper annoyed. I asked if they could cancel one order and they said no, just return it. When both parcels arrived I shoved one back in its bag unopened and opened the other to try things on. Two items I kept because they actually felt nice on — the fabric was softer than I expected and the fit was alright. I even wore one the next day and it settled in well. They only acknowledged the second return and refunded part of it, and then went quiet on my messages. Frustrating, but the bits I kept are decent.
Sneaky discounts, nice kit
discounted items add shipping straight away so you hardly save anything. It’s confusing and feels a bit dishonest, honestly. Tried the virtual assistant a few times too and it just loops you back to the start, never gets you to a real person. So not brilliant service. Delivery was fine-ish, arrived when they said, but overall I won’t be rushing back — unless the price strategy changes. Good bits, annoying bits, you get the picture.
Not perfect, but I still like it
I almost didn’t buy this swimsuit because I’d heard mixed things about the brand and I worried about fit and the straps — standard worries, really. It arrived and the suit itself is lovely, comfy for my weekly swim sessions and it hasn’t budged in the pool, so those product doubts pretty much vanished. The customer service side? That’s a different story. I had to chase them for a missing neck strap and they emailed me about returning it via UPS, but never sent the actual return label. A courier turned up asking for paperwork I didn’t have — awkward. So yeah, good kit, slightly messy support and admin, but I’m still using it and happy with the swim.
Small relief, big faff
product pleased me, service didn't. Tip: buy if you love it, but don't expect returns to run smoothly — I'd advise caution. Still, glad the coat fits — saved me the hassle of a proper return, I suppose.
Nice design, rough edges
it came late and smelled odd, like it’d been printed and boxed straight away, so I had to wash everything before even trying them on. The sweater had a loose bit of seam at the back of the collar and the tee collar was all creased, which was annoying for the price I paid (around $300 for three items). Fit and print are good though, and once washed the pieces looked much better. Not perfect by any means, but the look won me over enough to consider a return visit if they fix the finishing and shipping.
Delivery saved the day
someone actually followed up properly, arranged a new collection slot and kept me in the loop. Delivery ended up being spot on and the courier turned up when they said they would, which was a relief. The rep I finally spoke to apologised, sorted the paperwork and was friendly — not perfect, but helpful. I told my sister about it because of that rescue job; she was impressed I stuck with it. Overall I'm happy — a bit frustrating at the start, but fair play to them for fixing it.
Properly impressed
Honestly, I love it — despite the wait. I first spotted this bag when a mate rocked up to a coffee shop last month and I was like, what’s that? He’d recommended it, saying it was worth the money, but I didn’t buy it straight away because I assumed it’d be all style over substance. Opening the box at home, half expecting disappointment, I found neat stitching everywhere and a lining that looked thought-through, so I relaxed. The material feels solid without being stiff, and those compartments actually make sense, which annoys me in many bags. I’ve used it for groceries, work stuff and a couple of evenings out; it sits neatly with jeans and with smarter clothes too, so it’s versatile. The delivery took over two weeks, which was annoying and left me slightly grumpy, but seeing it in person made that fade. Price felt a bit high at first, still does a little, but overall it’s done the job and I’m pretty happy with it now.
Odd refund but good jacket
the main jacket fabric is thicker than I expected, the lining sits nicely and the zip works smoothly. Pockets are deep enough to actually hold my phone without it sticking out, which is a small win. Fit is slightly roomy around the shoulders, so it’s comfortable layered; there was one loose stitch by the hem but nothing major, I snipped it and carried on. I used a gift card alongside my card to pay, then returned one item and that’s where the fun started. The refund landed back on the gift card rather than the credit card I used for the extra payment. Customer service were slow, the automated system promised a callback that never came, and emails went round in circles. It’s odd and frustrating — felt like they were nudging me to spend again rather than sorting the payment properly. Still, surprise: after a wash the colours stayed true and the embroidered detail didn’t fray, which I didn’t expect. So product-wise I’m pleased, but the way they handle money and returns is unreliable. I wouldn’t risk another big mixed payment with them.
Not what I expected — but it did end up ok
not a smooth ride, but they redeemed themselves in the end. Would I recommend? With a caveat: be ready to chase them if anything goes wrong.
Locked out and going round in circles
I signed up with these lot about six months ago and at first everything seemed fine — quick checkout, no fuss. Then I got locked out of my account and that’s when it all went downhill. I can’t spend the credit I already had, and after months of emails it feels like I’m just being fobbed off. They did at one point say they’d merge my old account into a new one, which sounded promising and I was relieved for a bit, but then they came back and said the accounts couldn’t be merged because they’re in different currencies. Different currencies? I’ve always used pounds with them, so that explanation just didn’t add up and felt wildly unhelpful. That currency excuse is the detail that really stuck with me — it’s specific, and it’s the thing that made me lose trust. Customer service tried, sort of, but never really fixed anything; there were polite replies but no real solution. I’m annoyed, a bit tired of chasing it, and disappointed because it could’ve been a straightforward fix. If you value a reliable account and decent follow-through, I’d be cautious. On the plus side, they do respond — just don’t expect swift results.
A Dress
could give it a zero star I would.
Ordered a dress 06/07/25 and received it 24/07/25. Any other website delivers items in a few days not weeks.
The Dress arrived, it was a very poor quality garment.
Sent item back 25th July still awaiting a refund it is now the 7th of August.
Impossible to get hold of Customer Service it is a automated service and no one ever calls back,
Have tried contacting via email and get a generic email back. I will have to go to Pay pal resolution centre to get them to step in to get my refund.
They are for sure the WORST on line retailers.
Dreadful shopping experience ever, I wish I had read the other reviews before buying from this website. AVOIDWrong item received
I recently bought something from this brand, but I was so let down because what I got was totally different from what I asked for. Not only did they mess up my order, but they also included things I didn't even want. When I got in touch with them about the mix-up, they weren't very helpful and told me to send everything back before they'd consider giving me a refund. It's been more than a month now since I sent the items back, and I still haven't got my money back. The way they've handled this situation and their lack of care for their mistakes is so frustrating. I'll definitely think twice before ordering from them again.
Occasion outfit purchase
This brand is a total nightmare. I ordered an outfit for a special occasion back in early May, and I'm still waiting for it to arrive. The customer service is just terrible, the agents have no clue and are no help at all. All they do is give me explanations that don't actually solve anything. And the delivery company they use is even worse, there's no communication or updates on where my order is. It's just a complete disaster.
Clothing and accessories
I was a bit unsure about ordering from this place at first because of some bad reviews I read, but I thought I would give it a go anyway. To my surprise, my order turned up quite quickly, and everything fitted well and was good quality. The customer service team were really helpful and quick to respond, which made my whole experience even better. It looks like there might be some location-specific problems with orders, but I didn't have any issues at all. Overall, I had a really good time shopping here and will definitely think about coming back in the future.
Tyler dresses
The customer service at the store was really disappointing. I decided to buy two Tyler dresses after a salesperson convinced me over the phone because I wasn't sure about my size. However, when the dresses arrived and I wanted to return one, it was a nightmare. The returns process they promised to be free and simple turned out to be the total opposite. I tried contacting their customer service several times, but I never got a response. This lack of communication made me feel so frustrated and confused about what to do next. I found it worrying that I couldn't get a straightforward answer on how to return the dress. Finally, after talking to two different employees, I got conflicting information on the return process, showing that they really need to improve how their staff coordinate with each other.
Communication issues resolved
Although there were some communication issues at first over an order that wasn't delivered, the staff managed to sort everything out in the end. My advice would be to stay patient, have trust, and keep trying to get in touch with them until the problem is sorted.
Return Experience
My attempt to return something to this company was a nightmare. I couldn't figure out how to start the return process as the communication was so unclear, and not having a phone number to call just made things worse. When I tried their online chat, all I got was automated responses that didn't help at all. It was a total waste of time, and now I feel like I've wasted my money too.
5-7 day delivery
I'm really disappointed with this company's lack of efficiency. I ordered something a week ago and it still hasn't been sent out. How come they say it takes 5-7 days for delivery but can't even manage that? It's just so frustrating and not fair. I don't get why they think it's okay to make customers wait so long for their orders to even be sorted, let alone arrive. The fact that they don't keep us updated or tell us what's going on is really annoying. I definitely won't be buying from them again.
Handbag
I bought a handbag online not too long ago, but it's been two months now and I still haven't received it or got my money back. The company keeps emailing me, saying to be patient, but I'm really let down by their poor delivery and customer service.
