Right, I remember the moment I knew — stepped out on a damp morning and felt properly warm, not just cosy, and thought yeah this is worth it. I first saw it on a mate and bought one. It's sturdy for daily wear, though it doesn't breathe much so you'll get sweaty and a bit smelly if you don't wash it.
Mostly fine, drama batteries
Not brilliant — the batteries are proper drama. I bought the camo jacket-and-trousers and used them six times over weeks. First two uses were fine, then four times the batteries fell from 100 to 0 in minutes. The kit's comfy though, not perfect but handy.
Good pockets, one small phone problem
the upper arm pocket is a bit too small for my phone, which is annoying when I want it handy. The fleece itself is thick, warm and feels well made, and the heating actually helps on cold mornings. I don’t use the hood much and would prefer a pullover option, but overall it’s solid for everyday use and errands.
Nearly didn't order
I nearly didn't buy this — worried about size and delivery, but it was a gift for a holiday. Parcel turned up quickly, though one item was missing so I contacted support. They replied fast, sorted it after a couple of messages and sent the rest. First time wearing it on a cold weekend and it was nicer than I expected. Small problem, fixed.
