Honestly, I’d skip this one. I started using it the evening it arrived, thinking it would make dinner easier, but it felt flimsy straight away. Delivery was fine, though paying return postage stung a bit.
Bowls I keep reaching for
Funny how the smallest bowl gets used most in our house. I use it every morning for porridge toppings, then it ends up helping with dinner prep later on. They feel properly sturdy without being too heavy, and the older ones still look great. Really pleased I bought another set, honestly.
Wrong box, right recovery
I’d happily order from Dexham again. My kitchen bits turned up quickly, although they weren’t actually the ones I’d picked, which was a bit annoying at first. Still, I rang up and got through to a real person straight away, thankfully. They were really pleasant and sorted it without any fuss. The correct items arrived two days later. Mistakes happen, I suppose; it’s how they’re handled that matters.
The moment it all clicked
I first heard about them from a colleague at work, who’d had a decent experience, though I was still a bit wary after being let down elsewhere. Things felt different quite quickly. They didn’t waffle or make vague promises; they explained what was happening and when, which honestly made a big difference. The point where I knew I’d made the right choice was when my withdrawal went through exactly as expected. No chasing, no confusing updates, no awkward surprises. It was simply handled properly and landed on time. I also appreciated that someone actually replied when I had questions, even the small ones I probably overthought. The whole process felt calm and organised rather than stressful. I’m genuinely pleased it turned out this well, and rather grateful for the recommendation in the first place.
