    Camel duffle coat

    I have to say, the customer service I got was really excellent. The person who helped me with my order was so nice and really helpful, especially when I was trying to choose the right colour and size for my camel duffle coat. Thanks to her advice, I decided to go for next day delivery and I have to say, the package arrived exactly on time as they said it would. The coat fits perfectly, the colour is just what I wanted, and on top of that, it's made in Britain - which, in my opinion, is the highest quality you can get. Overall, I'm extremely happy with my purchase and the service I got.

    Coffee percolator purchase

    I am absolutely thrilled with the coffee percolator I bought, it's a great piece of equipment. I particularly love the clear knob on top, it's a unique feature that I haven't seen in a long time. The spout is also excellent, no drips when pouring which is always a bonus. The handle is really comfy to hold, which makes using it a breeze. It looks really elegant and stylish on my dining table, adds a touch of class. The only downside is that the recommended amount of ground coffee in the manual was a bit too strong for my taste. I've had to do some experimenting to get it just right for me.

    Slow despatch time

    I bought something from this company recently and I was really disappointed with how long it took for them to send my order out. I've used other companies in Scotland before and they managed to deliver my items in just a few days, so the delay from Scotts of Stow really got on my nerves. On top of that, I didn't hear anything from them at all during the whole thing, which made me feel like they didn't care about me as a customer. So, all things considered, I'm not sure if I'll shop with them again in the future.

    Garden conversation set purchase

    I recently bought a garden conversation set after seeing an ad in a well-known newspaper. Ordering it was easy and quick. The delivery company kept me updated at every step, which was really helpful. The set is really nice and well-made. It did take a bit of time to assemble, as my husband did it by himself, but the instructions were clear and all the parts were labelled correctly. The final result is amazing and I would definitely recommend it to others.

    I recently bought a sun-lounger from this company and was a bit unsure at first because of some negative reviews I'd seen online. Despite my concerns, I went ahead with the purchase because I found the sun-lounger at a really good price compared to other shops. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived, although it was a few days later than they originally said. I think the company could have been more honest about their recent issues and what they were doing to fix them to give customers like me some reassurance. But, apart from the delayed delivery and lack of communication about their problems, I'm happy with what I bought and pleased that I saved nearly half the price by getting it from them.

    I ordered a lot of stuff at once from this place, you know? But then they sent it to me bit by bit, like one thing here, another thing there, and some things they didn't send at all! And guess what? They didn't even bother telling me that the unavailable items were out of stock, but they were quick to take my money! And when I tried to talk to their customer service, they were so unhelpful 🙄 I won't be using them again, just a waste of time and money!

    Microwave sandwich toaster purchase

    I recently got myself a microwave sandwich maker from this company and to be honest, I was pretty happy with my buying experience. The sandwich maker turned up pretty quickly, although it would have been better if they sent all my stuff in one go to save on the number of deliveries. One small hiccup I ran into was that the instructions for the sandwich maker said I needed a turntable, but this wasn't in the catalogue or the box. However, the staff were really helpful and quick to sort it out when I mentioned it. They looked into the problem straight away and called me back when they said they would, which I thought was nice. All in all, I found the customer service to be really accommodating and the product quality was good enough for me.

    Pure Cotton Duvets

    Based on suggestions to switch to pure cotton duvets for better temperature regulation and to avoid overheating, I thought I'd give this company a try. The duvets were exactly what I wanted in terms of quality, and the prices were reasonable.     Kitchen gadgets purchase

    The people who work at this place are absolutely amazing! I had to give them a ring for my wife, who is deaf, and they were just so polite and helpful. They even checked with my wife first to make sure it was okay for me to use her account - now that's some top-notch security.     So, I fancied grabbing a couple of things I spotted in their catalogue, but turns out only one was available. The good news was, they had a 20% off offer going on online, so I was like, great! However, when I tried to place the order on their website, it just wouldn't go through, so I ended up giving them a ring. Had a chat with this really friendly chap who took my order for the two items and assured me he had applied the discount. Happy days, or so I thought. But then, I received the order confirmation and lo and behold, no discount was to be seen. What a complete nightmare. Curious to see how they'll fix this one up for me.

    Missing items in recent order

    I've been a loyal customer of your company for a while now and have always been happy with the quality and range of products in your catalogue. However, I recently made a big order and when it arrived, I noticed that some items were missing. Not only were they missing, but I was also charged for them even though I didn't get them. It was really disappointing and frustrating for me as I was really looking forward to using those items. I contacted customer service straight away via email to sort it out and I'm still waiting for a solution. I would really appreciate it if the missing items could be sent to me quickly or if I could get a refund for them. Please make sure this gets sorted out well and promptly. Thanks.

    The product we bought was just what we wanted, no other place had anything like it. But the ordering process was a letdown. We shelled out extra for express shipping so it'd arrive on schedule as a gift, but then got told later it was out of stock with a long delay. That really soured our view of the company. On the plus side, once the item was back in stock, it arrived quickly and in great shape, exactly as described.

    The whole process of ordering those blankets I bought was an absolute nightmare. I placed my order at the end of March and the money was taken out of my account straight away. But then, the delivery date just kept being pushed further and further away, with different customer service reps telling me conflicting things. First, I was told it would only take 4 working days, then I was told it was actually going to be 10 days. Their excuse for the delay was the war in Ukraine, which I thought was a pretty weak excuse. To make things worse, I found out it was actually a pre-order, which no one mentioned when I made my order. Every time I called to check on the progress, I was given different delivery dates, so I decided to cancel my order out of frustration. The one good thing was that they quickly processed my refund. Overall, it was just a complete mess of an experience.

    I ordered some parasol stands from your company not long ago, but I've been having a bit of a tough time getting in touch with your customer service team.     High-powered binoculars

    I've had a lot of high-powered binoculars in my time, but these ones really take the biscuit. The lenses are absolutely top-notch, giving me crystal clear views like never before. The 150x and 160x models are unbeatable when it comes to performance and clarity. I've been using them for birdwatching and stargazing, and they've completely blown me away.     Cancelled order request

    I had a bit of a frustrating experience with the company's customer service recently. I found out that the thing I bought was a lot cheaper on a different website, so I tried to cancel my order straight away. Even though I got in touch just minutes after placing the order, all I got was a standard email from an EU email address, which was probably automated. I tried following up with more emails, but didn't get any response. To make matters worse, they still went ahead and sent me the item I was trying to cancel. The total lack of communication and not listening to my request really got on my nerves and I wasn't at all happy with the customer service I received.

    bergman lawnmower

    I bought a lawnmower in June and only got to use it in August due to having a heart bypass operation in May. The battery would not charge and they had to send me a replacement which worked. On using the lawnmower for the first time the drive from the motor failed halfway though cutting my lawn and just left me with a whirling motor. The grass was short as it was only 4 days ago by a gardener so it was not under any strain. The item is now destined for the ... tip as I no longer have the packaging and the quality of the item leaves a lot to be desired.
