Warm terracotta Cobblestone mats.oblong and half moon.
Will this firm ever get my order correct? 5or6 times I exchanged the delivered mats as either they sent 2 of the same shape or two different colours. After cancelling the order,the new catalogue came out and only ONE colour was advertised for the mats.Thinking they could not muck up the next order,I sent off for them again.BUT NO!!! They sent a half moon and an oblong mat as ordered,BUT IN TWO DIFFERENT SHADES. Is this why the send them separately so they can make an excuse of not knowing they were different colours?So much for Chinese crap.
Faux ivy fencing
Disappointed in quality for the price of just under £30. Several leaves have fallen off already and it's not up yet. One was damaged because when packing it was trapped inside and ripped. One leaf has been damaged in the past -- and sewn together with large white stitches which are obviously very noticeable on a green leaf. There is no shading on the leaves either, making it look even more 'faux'. It arrived quite quickly which was good, and ordering on line was easy.

The present a wide range of products, especially according to person's requirement. They also have outdoor furniture, outdoor lighting, tools, party supplies, home decor stuff, utensils, houseware, torces, batteries, mats, ladders and what not.

I have been delighted with my first purchase from Coopers of Stortford. I came across them across them by chance on the Internet but what they were selling was ideal and very good value so I did not need to look further. The items also arrived much earlier than anticipated. I will certainly use them again.
2 Garden Solar Lights and a Buddha Solar Water Feature
I purchased 3 items from this company - all three in stock. Two items were shipped quickly and although one of them was faulty, the company dealt with it swiftly and refunded the item. Third item, on the other hand, was a complete disaster. I ordered Buddha solar water fountain. It was in stock. Ordered on 6th June and hoped to have it delivered before Father's Day 19th June. After 4 telephone calls to the company and assurances it would be with us before then, it was clear it will not reach us by the 19th. On the following Monday, 20th June, I called to cancel the order only to be told that it is in packing process and they cannot cancel it but they will try and check with the supervisor. They called back and confirmed it would be cancelled and money will not be taken from my account. On Tuesday afternoon, 21st June, I received a message that the item was shipped!!! On 22nd June, I checked my account and the money was taken out. I called the company only to be told there is nothing they can do about it and the item will be delivered by Yodel - it is due to arrive tomorrow - 23rd June! I can refuse delivery or accept it and call them to arrange for collection. Which means the money will not be refunded for at least 2-3 weeks. The worst of all was when the lady I spoke to told me she had no record of my conversation with the customer service on Monday!
This type of service is just not acceptable and it seemed to me that every person I spoke to covered someone else's incompetence.
I will never use this company again.

I ordered this item 11 days ago.Have been told twice it had come in.Today I get a Email to say it has come in today. I won't be here the next 2 weeks, I have been told they will send it after the 3rd of July .Please don't let me down again. Leonard Dawber

magnetic curtain tie backs
A word of warning about Coopers pricing policy. I bought a pair of magnetic curtain tie backs costing £12.99 ------------ then bought 3 more IDENTICAL pairs from Amazon at £3.99 each. I don't mind paying a little extra -- but £9 difference on each pair --- would have cost me an extra £27 should I have bought them at Coopers!!!
I did send an email to the company asking for an explanation, but didn't receive an answer.

Sales staff excelant. Order tracking staff at least the one i spoke to rude and disrespectful . When i enquired about my latest order did not like bring told what i could do you dont say after a customers name ok catherine parr it was not a hoax call thats my name. To be told well 1 item out of 7 wont be available until end of Octobet so you will get all items then. Your catalogue quite clearly states if items in stock which i presume the other 6 are they will be delivered in 5 days. Why then have i got to wait until the 1 item out of stock comes in to receive the others. Not impressed with order tracking staff. My order and i are not a joke i have spent a lot of money with Coopers over the last few months but no more so disrespectful
Coopers claimed to pay Cash Back on this purchase and also another two items purchased which made buying from them competetive. The cash back was then declined by them, the reason being that I took advantage of their offer of free postage. I would not describe Coopers as trustworthy more like deceitful. I will certainly not be buying from them again.

Garage double tool rack
Ordered on the 5th May sent money by cheque, They cashed my cheque on the 14th May but no sign of my order. Phoned them and the first excuse was , we have sent it but the driver couldn’t find your address so we will send you out another one. Still didn’t come so phoned again, next excuse sorry but they have delivered it to number 25 in error you can go to your neighbours and ask them. Next excuse no sorry that’s not right they could not find your address agin. I asked for a refund they said they would put a cheque in the post, 2 weeks later still no cheque. Rubbish company the girls on the phone are just reading from a script a idiot board. Will never order anything again.If cheque not received in the next 3 day am going to report them to the trading standers office.one star is one to many.

I paid for this 11 days ago. It was in stock. I checked. A week later no email to say being dispatched. I phoned. Was on hold for ages and then told it’s on a bulky item area which staff have trouble accessing. Shocking business practice. Still no idea if and when I’ll receive this.
