Once and if I get my money back I will delete all record of them. They want your money but make it impossible to deal with. One big mistake.
You have been warnedLooked solid, let down
It looked the part in the Coopers showroom — my neighbour had one and recommended it, so I bought it for £350. At first it felt solid, quiet and easy to use; I walked on it gently, grips handy, controls simple. After just over two years it started to judder and then failed altogether. I’m 75 and under 10 stone — I only used it for walking, so really surprised. The aftercare was slow, loads of emails back and forth, and in the end they offered a £50 goodwill cheque. I got that but felt let down. After the warranty the help dries up.
Little treat that actually works
the 10% sign‑up voucher was a bit of a faff at checkout and the “free postage over £15” turned out to be a voucher you can’t combine. So check the small print before you click. Aside from that, happy with it and would recommend for everyday use.
A bit of a faff, but sorted
Was convinced I’d messed up the address, but no — I ordered in early August and nothing showed. After a week I rang them and was told the courier (Evri) had sent it back because it was damaged. Nobody had bothered to tell me or to send a replacement. The lady said she’d dispatch a replacement as a priority and I’d get it in three days. That didn’t happen — two weeks of silence and more calls. Eventually someone admitted the order had been cancelled on return and, bizarrely, no refund had been processed. I had to ask for my money back. To top it off I was charged for the long hold times (7p a minute), which felt like rubbing salt in the wound. They did sort the refund and resent the item; not brilliant, but it’s done.
Hedge trimmers
I got some hedge trimmers for my dad's birthday and they came really quickly, even though they were initially out of stock. Ordering was a breeze. The service was excellent, they kept me in the loop about my order and were really helpful when I had queries. The prices were reasonable and the delivery was speedy and dependable. All in all, a fantastic shopping experience - I'll definitely be coming back here again. Cheers!
Fake rake and compost turner
I bought a fake rake and compost turner from this company not long ago. Sadly, I haven't been able to try out the fake rake because of the wet weather we've been having. And as for the compost turner, it didn't quite live up to what I was hoping for. The bars on the turner didn't unfold properly as I turned and pulled it, so they ended up getting stuck to the main handle, which caused some clogging problems. It seems like the turner only works well with unrotted compost, which was a bit of a letdown.
Cool items, one out of stock
I recently bought some awesome stuff from this shop and the people there were really nice. One of the things I wanted wasn't available at the time, but they only charged me for the items they could send immediately. Later on, when the out-of-stock item was back in, they took payment and sent it to me separately. Pretty cool, right?
Solar lamps
I bought a few solar lights for my garden, but the wrong package arrived, and I ended up with a dash cam instead. It was a bit frustrating as I had intended to give the lights as a present, but now I had to keep the dash cam for myself. Lesson learned - always check your order details carefully!
Garden furniture set purchase
I bought this lovely garden furniture set from a company not long ago. It came with everything I wanted, except for a base for the umbrella. It would have been great to have the option to get the base together with the set to finish it off. Despite that, the furniture was really good quality and I'm happy with my purchase.
My new stuff
I received my new items really quickly, within just 5 days of placing the order, including a weekend! Everything was packaged up nicely and looked just as it did on the website. I'm really pleased with everything. Thank you so much!
Weed blast order
I am sorry to say that my experience with my recent weed blast order has been pretty bad, much like another reviewer. Basically, the item never arrived and when I called twice, they told me the courier sent it back because it was out of stock. It's not on, especially since they had already taken my money. I am not happy with the service I received and I think they need to sort out a better way to track orders.
Bird Bath/ Feeder
I really enjoyed dealing with the company from beginning to end. Ordering was so easy and my Bird Bath/Feeder arrived right on time. It was packed up really well, so I didn't have to worry about it getting damaged on its way to me. I'm really happy with the product - it looks great on my garden table and really enhances my outdoor area. I'd definitely suggest this company to anyone looking for top-notch products and quick service.

I bought a few kitchen gadgets from this shop not long ago, and I have to say, I'm really impressed with how good they are. I've recently bought a pond pump, you know? At first, I didn't think much of it. But now, I have to say, it's pretty amazing! Hearing amplifier device and two pairs of over prescription sunglasses
The hearing amplifier and two pairs of over-prescription sunglasses I got from the shop were pretty good, they worked well for what I needed them for. Buying them was easy and went smoothly, and I was happy with how good the products were. If I ever needed more things like that, I wouldn't think twice about getting them from this shop again.
Rechargeable Remote Control Lamps
These lamps are absolutely fantastic! They may be small, but they sure pack a punch when it comes to lighting up a room with either a nice white glow or a warm, cosy feel. I love that they have ten different brightness levels and the remote control is actually really handy, especially since it works from quite a distance. The fact that I don't need to constantly stock up on batteries is a massive bonus for me. I've already bought two of these lamps and I'm seriously thinking about getting more. Coopers of Stortford really know how to hit the mark with practical yet unique products like these lamps. And I can't help but mention those adorable little paper catalogues they include, they're such a nice touch!
Elephant ornament purchase
I bought this elephant ornament from the company recently. Ordering it was easy and quick. But when it arrived, I was a bit let down. It was supposed to be grey, but actually, it was green and had some tiny holes in the mould. It was a shame as I was planning to give it as a gift to someone.
Bistro garden table set with parasol
I bought a bistro garden table set with a parasol from this company recently. However, I ended up receiving two sets instead of just one, which caused a bit of confusion and hassle. I had to wait around all day for the second set to be collected, even though I had it all confirmed with Coopers. On top of that, there was a mix-up with the collection date for the extra set as the carrier initially scheduled it for a different day than we had agreed upon. I was also a bit disappointed to discover that the parasol couldn't be tilted like it was shown in the catalogue picture. Overall, my shopping experience was a bit frustrating because of these issues.
Electronic pest scarers
I bought a couple of those electric pest scarers to keep rabbits away from my plants, but they're just not doing the trick. I'm a bit gutted that they're not working as well as I'd hoped.
