I was wary before buying (saw dodgy listings), code didn't work at first, support sorted a refund fast — relieved, would try them again.
Unexpected garden win
I was sceptical at first — thought cheap solar lights would flop, but actually they’re decent, soft glow, sturdy enough for muddy pots. Use them most evenings while I faff about.
Bit wary at first
I was sceptical at checkout, tried it last week; site was straightforward, bargains looked real, first impression solid, worries eased now.
Thought it'd be a faff
Saw it first on a mate's story and was sceptical — the checkout looked messy, I nearly gave up. Support stepped in and now I'm properly pleased.
Odd start, good finish
Found it via a mate; download was blocked by Norton, but the seller resent a clean link — relieved, really grateful it finally worked.
Postage caught me off guard
I paid up thinking that was it, then a surprise £10 delivery charge popped up — not great. If it's sent first class I'll be happier though; the listed 'up to 7 days' felt stingy. Wish they'd be clearer on postage up front, that's all.
Mattress
Delivery was few days late, was supposed to call 20 mins before delivery. Product not as advertised and needs to be returned for a refund.

I used a discounted Office via Santander Boosts — had moved, bad back so needed remote work. Digital delivery failed, code unsupported; support slow but eventually refunded, so I'm relieved.

Breakfast download mess
Opened it during breakfast and the download failed halfway — typical. Spent ages rebooting and clearing caches, then chased customer support by email and got hardly any useful replies. Delivery/activation was slow, Santander boost complicated things. In daily use the tool does what I need, albeit clunky sometimes. Not perfect, but usable. I'll keep it for now, despite the faff.
Taya and Emma came through
Sorted in the end — Taya and Emma came through. I needed help after a messy delivery from another seller, so I was wary. The issue was with a merchant they'd referred, not Discount Experts. They replied quicker than that merchant, kept me posted and pushed it through, so I'm a happy customer.
Signed up for nothing
Weird start — I made an account just to find out the Office licence was out of stock. Annoying more than anything, especially after other sites let you buy straight away. I have emailed Discountexperts and Softkeycart, and Santander Boosts, waiting to hear back; they haven't taken any money so that's a relief. Not great ordering flow, but at least it's fixable, so I'm quietly pleased it isn't worse.
Not what I expected, in a good way
I was pleasantly surprised — the parcel turned up earlier than I thought and the packaging was tidy, nothing flashy but sturdy. I asked a daft setup question and their customer service got back the same day, really helpful, really patient, and they walked me through a tiny hiccup. After dealing with companies that ghost you, this felt oddly refreshing. Price seemed fair too, delivery spot on, so yeah, glad I ordered from them.
Identical item mix-up
I bought two things from this company not long ago. When they turned up, I was quite gutted to find that one of them was not what I'd ordered. So, I got in touch with their customer service team via email, gave them all the details they needed and asked for it to be sorted out. But, even after sending a few more emails to check on things, I still haven't got a proper answer. It's really annoying that they're not communicating properly or fixing the problem.
Ordered items
So yeah, I've ordered some things but they haven't arrived yet. Can't really judge them until I actually receive them, you know? But the annoying thing is you have to pay delivery for each item you buy, which is pretty unfair. I ordered 4 items and had to pay delivery charges for each one separately. That's quite a lot of delivery fees!!
Awesome products at cheap prices
I really enjoy shopping from this place because they've got all the coolest things at great prices. I finally got something I've been wanting for ages and it was super affordable. I reckon everyone should give their website a browse because there's loads of cool stuff to pick from. I'm definitely planning on getting more bits and bobs from them soon because I just can't get enough of shopping here.

They were really easy to talk to and sorted out my problem quickly. But sometimes, the postage costs a lot and I've noticed that I can get things cheaper on that big river website.
Voucher system dissatisfaction
I found the ordering process a bit frustrating because I couldn't figure out how to use the voucher system - a bit confusing if you ask me. It just made things more complicated than they needed to be. It would be great if this part could be made simpler for us customers.
Bargain deals
The prices are great, feels like I'm getting stuff for free, but ordering can be a bit confusing and sometimes my stuff doesn't even show up! When it finally arrives though, it's always worth the wait because I get fabulous deals.
Headphone Plug Portable Mini Speaker
I recently got myself a Headphone Plug Portable Mini Speaker from this company, but I must say, it turned out to be a real disappointment. I eagerly waited for 10 days for it to arrive, but when I finally opened the package, I was really let down. The product was nothing like what I saw in the quick view on the website. The description said the speaker could "Play for up to 8 hours before needing a recharge via USB", which made me think it had a built-in battery and USB charging port. However, what I got was just an empty shell with room for a non-rechargeable battery. This was not what I ordered at all, and I felt frustrated and deceived. Now I'm trying to get a refund, but it's turning out to be a real hassle and a waste of time and money.
