Multiple items
I recently bought a few things from this website and I was pretty happy with what I got. The quality of the items was what I was hoping for and I didn't have any problems with them. The only hassle I had was when I wanted to order two outfits for different ages in one go, but ended up having to do two separate orders and pay for shipping twice because of it. It wasn't a big deal though, so it didn't ruin my overall experience. I still like the range of items they have and I might shop here again in the future.
Great response with products

Ordering from this website was pretty easy, but I did have a small issue with the discount voucher. Just remember to click the link in the email they send you to claim the voucher, so you can get the discount on your purchase. Other than that, my orders all arrived on time. I started off by buying just one item to see how it goes, and I was happy with it, so I ended up making more orders. All in all, I'm happy with the service and will probably use this site again in the future.

Identical item mix-up
I bought two things from this company not long ago. When they turned up, I was quite gutted to find that one of them was not what I'd ordered. So, I got in touch with their customer service team via email, gave them all the details they needed and asked for it to be sorted out. But, even after sending a few more emails to check on things, I still haven't got a proper answer. It's really annoying that they're not communicating properly or fixing the problem.

So yeah, I've ordered some things but they haven't arrived yet. Can't really judge them until I actually receive them, you know? But the annoying thing is you have to pay delivery for each item you buy, which is pretty unfair. I ordered 4 items and had to pay delivery charges for each one separately. That's quite a lot of delivery fees!!

Headphone Plug Portable Mini Speaker
I recently got myself a Headphone Plug Portable Mini Speaker from this company, but I must say, it turned out to be a real disappointment. I eagerly waited for 10 days for it to arrive, but when I finally opened the package, I was really let down. The product was nothing like what I saw in the quick view on the website. The description said the speaker could "Play for up to 8 hours before needing a recharge via USB", which made me think it had a built-in battery and USB charging port. However, what I got was just an empty shell with room for a non-rechargeable battery. This was not what I ordered at all, and I felt frustrated and deceived. Now I'm trying to get a refund, but it's turning out to be a real hassle and a waste of time and money.

I totally get where the reviewer is coming from when they mentioned the blue screen problem they faced trying to get on the website. I'm really annoyed with this company! I ordered some garden chairs, but do you know what turned up in the post? Shelving units! It's been such a pain having to send back the wrong items and waiting for the right ones to arrive, but they still haven't shown up. It's just ridiculous and totally unacceptable.
Egyptian cotton pillows
I ordered these pillows on the 9/7/2022 with a promise of a 3-5 express delivery from Discount Experts, I have not received them and don’t think I ever will just got scammed out of the cost of the pillows plus post and packing I have contacted both the seller and discount experts on several occasions with no reply from anyone, Please do not buy anything from these robbing people.
