Cotton sheets, duvet set, summer duvet
My daughter actually told me about Dusk, and I am really pleased she did. I had never even heard of them before, but I thought I'd give them a go as they had some great deals on bedding. I ordered a few cotton sheets, and I was really impressed by how good they were. They were so great that I ended up buying a duvet set and a summer duvet too. The products are all on sale, but the quality is much better than what you'd get in regular shops. One thing I really like about Dusk is their returns policy, which is really good for customers who might change their minds. After trying out Dusk, I won't be going anywhere else for my bedding needs.
Bed frame and mattress
I recently bought a bed frame and mattress from Dusk and when it arrived, the boxes were really dirty and torn. Luckily, the items inside were all in good condition and ready to use! Putting the bed frame together was a piece of cake, really easy. <br><br>Let's chat about the mattress now. The first few nights were amazing, like sleeping on a fluffy cloud, I've never slept better! But after a few days, the memory foam started to sink in the areas where I usually lay. Waking up felt lower, except for my legs which felt fine. I reckon it just needs some time to adjust, that 100-night trial might be useful after all.
Bed and mattress purchase
I recently bought a bed and mattress from this store, and I must say I was really impressed with the whole experience. I ordered with a 10-day dispatch date, and I was pleasantly surprised when they were dispatched on time. The courier company kept me updated throughout, which I thought was a nice gesture. Oh, I am absolutely thrilled with the things I purchased! I managed to get a huge sofa, a couple of adorable love seats, and a useful storage box from the Soho collection. They are all really high quality and fit perfectly in my room. The service was fantastic as well, they kept me updated on my order throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend my friends to shop there too.
Pillowcases, Duvet-cover
I ordered some pillowcases and a duvet cover from this company not long ago. The pillowcases turned up quickly, which was good. But the duvet cover took ages to arrive, even though I asked about it in a couple of emails. I was really let down by the lack of help and communication from the customer service team. When the duvet cover finally came, I thought the quality wasn't up to scratch. Maybe it's just me, but I wasn't too keen on the product as a whole.

I've just bought some stuff from this shop and I've got to say, I was really impressed with the bedding, towels, and pillowcases. Basic bed purchase
The ordering process from this company was a bit confusing because the confirmation emails didn't have clear delivery timelines, unlike other companies I've used before. But once they told me when it would be delivered, everything made sense. The bed seems alright in terms of quality, with the material being just average. I'm waiting to see if a crease in the material will go away. If I was going to put this bed in my main bedroom instead of the spare one, I probably would have sent it back.

Furniture set
I have to admit, waiting for my furniture set felt like it took forever, but it was totally worth it in the end. The pieces are super comfy and they look great in the space I had in mind for them. Although, I was a bit surprised when the chair and the footstool arrived on different days, and from different delivery companies. I ordered them together at almost the same time, so it was a bit confusing to get them separately.
Soho Sofa bed in natural
I would recommend steering clear if you can! I bought the Soho Sofa bed in natural which was supposedly in stock, but the delivery dates just kept getting delayed. Customer service wasn't very helpful and didn't give me much confidence that I would actually receive the item. I'm really disappointed with every part of my experience ordering from dusk.
Bar stools purchase
I just have to say, I'm really disappointed with my online ordering experience. I bought some bar stools in February and was told they'd be ready in 2 weeks. But here we are on June 8th and now they're saying I won't get them until August. The lack of communication and transparency is just not on. It kind of feels like they don't really care about keeping us in the loop or making sure we're happy. And to add insult to injury, there's no one to even speak to about my concerns. Plus, I still haven't got my money back. It's a complete nightmare.
Sateen deep fitted sheet
I recently bought a lovely sateen deep fitted sheet from this shop. We found out that our super king size sheet was too small, so we thought we'd try this one. The quality is really great, it has a lovely sheen that makes our bedding look even better. Definitely recommend it!

I bought a bed and mattress not long ago but had to wait over a month for them to arrive. The whole process was really unprofessional and annoying. It was so hard to speak to an actual person with the customer support system, especially with the automated replies. And when I finally did speak to someone, they took ages to respond to my emails. I won't be buying from them again and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone else either.
Overpriced and disappointing
I'm really angry at the moment. I bought something that was super expensive and the quality was rubbish. I felt really disappointed. Also, trying to return it was a nightmare. I have to pay to send it back and I can't even go to the store because I'm only 12. It's completely unfair!
Cushion covers purchase
I have to say, the cushion covers I bought were really great! They were such good quality and looked way more expensive than they really were. I could easily think they came from a fancy designer shop. My whole experience with the products from this store has always been excellent.
