I just have to say, I'm really disappointed with my online ordering experience. I bought some bar stools in February and was told they'd be ready in 2 weeks. But here we are on June 8th and now they're saying I won't get them until August. The lack of communication and transparency is just not on. It kind of feels like they don't really care about keeping us in the loop or making sure we're happy. And to add insult to injury, there's no one to even speak to about my concerns. Plus, I still haven't got my money back. It's a complete nightmare.
Sateen deep fitted sheet
I recently bought a lovely sateen deep fitted sheet from this shop. We found out that our super king size sheet was too small, so we thought we'd try this one. The quality is really great, it has a lovely sheen that makes our bedding look even better. Definitely recommend it!
Bed and mattress purchase
I bought a bed and mattress not long ago but had to wait over a month for them to arrive. The whole process was really unprofessional and annoying. It was so hard to speak to an actual person with the customer support system, especially with the automated replies. And when I finally did speak to someone, they took ages to respond to my emails. I won't be buying from them again and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone else either.
Overpriced and disappointing
I'm really angry at the moment. I bought something that was super expensive and the quality was rubbish. I felt really disappointed. Also, trying to return it was a nightmare. I have to pay to send it back and I can't even go to the store because I'm only 12. It's completely unfair!
Customer Service Experience
As a customer of this company, I must say their customer service is outstanding. I had a problem with my delivery, which was actually the fault of the courier and not the company. However, the staff at this company were swift in helping me sort out the issue of the unauthorized return and managed to track and send out my order without delay. Their customer service is truly exceptional, and I was extremely impressed by their commitment to resolving my problem. I left as a very satisfied customer, and that's all thanks to the fantastic service I experienced.
Bedding and towels purchase
I've just bought some stuff from this shop and I've got to say, I was really impressed with the bedding, towels, and pillowcases. The bedding I picked up for my teenage son's bed was not only lovely, but super comfy too! He absolutely loved it, which made me even happier about my choice. The towels I got for my bathroom were top-notch quality too, adding a bit of luxury to the room. All in all, I'm a very happy customer and I wouldn't think twice about telling others to check out this store for some high-quality bedding and towels.
Cushion covers purchase
I have to say, the cushion covers I bought were really great! They were such good quality and looked way more expensive than they really were. I could easily think they came from a fancy designer shop. My whole experience with the products from this store has always been excellent.
Bed frame and mattress
I recently bought a bed frame and mattress from Dusk and when it arrived, the boxes were really dirty and torn. Luckily, the items inside were all in good condition and ready to use! Putting the bed frame together was a piece of cake, really easy. <br><br>Let's chat about the mattress now. The first few nights were amazing, like sleeping on a fluffy cloud, I've never slept better! But after a few days, the memory foam started to sink in the areas where I usually lay. Waking up felt lower, except for my legs which felt fine. I reckon it just needs some time to adjust, that 100-night trial might be useful after all.
Bed purchase
I recently splurged on a bed from this place and let me tell you, it's absolutely fantastic! The quality is top-notch and it really spruces up my room. The only drawback was that it took ages to arrive - I mean, a whole two weeks! I suppose that's what they mean by 3-10 working days. But overall, if you're in the market for a stylish bed, I would definitely recommend this place.
Ottoman Bed
Delivery was absolutely fine - arrived in a timely manner.
Issues started from the actual building of the bed - they supplied a part which is meant to twist, but does not, which means that I cannot hook this particular part onto the bed. I've tried contacting multiple times via email, telephone and twitter to no avail.
Honestly makes no sense that for an online store, they are impossible to contact. Communication should be the most important thing for customers that can't go into a physical store to speak with you!
To summarise, I was on hold for an hour last night, and then had an automated voice telling me that their phone lines are now closed. At no point in the wait did they tell me a) what number I was in the queue, or b) what time their phone lines are open till. Both such simple and basic measures. I have then also been on hold today for 30 mins and counting, only for the automated response to repeat over and over again "please press 1 if you are happy to wait to speak to someone".
I have emailed and got the most idiotic response of "just try twisting the end of the part using a spanner" - IT DOESN'T WORK.
We are currently bedless and have no way of knowing when they will be able to offer a real solution / send a replacement part to me.sofa
Worst company ever! I will never ever purchase anything from these lot ever again!
They charged me £40 after i cancelled the order a few hours after placing the order.
Please read the terms and conditions, as soon as you place the order, doesn't matter what happens, even if it hasn't been dispatched they will still charge you, stay away from this company!Sofa
Save your time and money and do not purchase from this place, customer service is non-existent. Will never be purchasing from here again!
Fitted sheet
Beautiful cotton & lovely deep sides. Loved the sateen finish. The only thing I would say is that on opening there was a pretty unpleasant smell to the sheet - it's in the washing machine so hopefully that will get rid of it. Very pleased with this purchase & although a little pricey shall be shopping with DUSK again
