Service/workshop manuals
I recently bought some service/workshop manuals from this website and I have to say, I'm really impressed. My BMW 7 Series and VW Crafter dealers didn't have any manuals to buy, which was disappointing. It seems like nowadays they want customers to rely solely on dealership services, even for simple jobs like installing a dashcam, where basic info like fuse diagrams are missing from the owner's manual. So I decided to look for manuals online and I'm so happy I came across this website that still believes in helping customers look after their own vehicles. The manuals I got were really detailed and comprehensive, with a lot of info that I couldn't find anywhere else.
Software purchase
The software purchase I made turned out to be a pretty good experience overall. The email containing the links came through nice and quick after I placed my order, which was a relief. However, I did run into a few annoying issues while trying to activate the link. The one good thing in this whole mess was the helpline the company offered. Even though there was a big time gap with Australia, they got back to me and assisted in sorting out the problem. It did take a bit of back and forth, but eventually, we got everything sorted. I was pretty disappointed with my experience with easymanuals, to be honest. I ordered a manual for a particular vehicle at first, but ended up being sent the wrong link. It was a bit of a nightmare to be honest because it took me ages to realise the mistake and wasted a ton of my time and data. And even when I finally got a new link, it turned out that the manual wasn't the genuine factory service manual that I shelled out for. I asked for a refund or at least the right manual but they didn't seem bothered about sorting it out. Not the best customer service at all.
