I first spotted these jackets on a mate's Instagram after a mate recommended them. I bought one. The fabric is lighter than I expected. It feels thin, a bit plasticky, and the sizing runs small — I had to size up. Colour is off; looks flatter than the photos. Returning it was a headache. They claim 24–48 hour replies but I waited a fortnight for any useful info. At first they sent a message without the return address and suggested keeping it for a gift card. Eventually I got the correct address and sent it back. After a couple more weeks there was still no refund with my bank until I chased them. In the end they refunded, but it took patience. Not bad product-wise if you expect thin fabric, but service needs work.
Surprised and satisfied
quick replies, friendly, and they sent a free return label when the fit wasn’t perfect. The box was a bit squashed but nothing major, and there was even a tiny handwritten note inside which cheered me up. Price seems fair for what you get. I’ve already recommended them to a couple of friends — just check sizing and you’ll probably be fine.
