Honestly, I’ve had parcels turn up late before, but this was a whole different circus. I ordered knee-high boots for a costume party with nearly a week to spare. The parcel never showed, and USPS tracking kept saying it hadn’t even been handed over. I messaged customer service repeatedly, hoping for a simple update or refund. Nothing useful came back. Then, almost a week after the party, the Chinese tracker claimed the boots had been delivered to my mailbox. My mailbox could barely swallow a magazine, never mind that box. They refused a refund, which left me pretty fed up. I’d avoid them after this.
Delivery was fine, sizing less so
The parcel turned up when expected and the dress was exactly like the photos, so no issue there. Then I tried it on. I’d ordered a large, yet it sat more like a long top than a dress, which was a bit frustrating with my birthday event coming up. I assumed getting help would be a hassle, but customer service replied to my email that same day. They offered a return at my cost or 60% credit towards another item. Not ideal, but fair enough. I’ll probably try again and just check the measurements more carefully.
Got there in the end — not with them
don’t rely on their shipping, I ended up re-ordering from Amazon and had it the next day, which felt great. My partner ordered a gift and after ages of back-and-forth it never arrived — it was apparently sent back from about 1,200 miles away. Customer service were nice at first and said they’d reset the order, but then tracking showed "delivered and signed" while the rep told me to wait a few days in case it’s by the letterbox. So yeah, mixed messages and a lot of faff. I’ve had better experiences elsewhere, and that made this extra annoying, but at least I got sorted quickly by using a different seller. Won’t use them again.
Bit of a faff, but sorted in the end
I first spotted these jackets on a mate's Instagram after a mate recommended them. I bought one. The fabric is lighter than I expected. It feels thin, a bit plasticky, and the sizing runs small — I had to size up. Colour is off; looks flatter than the photos. Returning it was a headache. They claim 24–48 hour replies but I waited a fortnight for any useful info. At first they sent a message without the return address and suggested keeping it for a gift card. Eventually I got the correct address and sent it back. After a couple more weeks there was still no refund with my bank until I chased them. In the end they refunded, but it took patience. Not bad product-wise if you expect thin fabric, but service needs work.
Surprised and satisfied
quick replies, friendly, and they sent a free return label when the fit wasn’t perfect. The box was a bit squashed but nothing major, and there was even a tiny handwritten note inside which cheered me up. Price seems fair for what you get. I’ve already recommended them to a couple of friends — just check sizing and you’ll probably be fine.
