Engagement and wedding rings
Where do I start… first of all this is my second order with diamond Factory. First was fine no bother. This order for two rings was due for delivery on Friday under their “guaranteed 24hr” delivery slot. Nothing arises over the weekend and has turned out Diamond Factory’s courier has lost the parcel raising an investigation will take minimum 6 days along with it not being guaranteed they will find the ring. I was then told by a rep of theirs in the company my parcel was in fact delivered, left in a safe space and GPS confirmed this is within 10m of my property. This was extremely stressful now as nothing was clear and I was worried their courier had left a £3k set of rings in a bin outside my house without telling me. Turns out this was nonsense.. I was then offered £100 compensation and told they are “sorry I feel this way” when I raised my concern for their lack of remorse and consideration to the situation. After £100 was reflected I was offered £270 towards another diamond which again was rejected as pitiful considering the logistics I was left with in regards to plans and also would take 2-3 weeks. I’m now left with no ring, a disappoint customer, a disappointed partner and having to cancel a multitude of plans which were in place for this. All in all, customer service lacking, no one willing to take responsibility and a total disgrace. Disappointed and frustrated. Left up sh...ts creek with both Michelle and James not bothered about the situation one bit. More concerned about getting me off their books as quick as possible. Never again, do not risk your engagement on this company it’s not worth it.

My sister loves diamond and on her birthday i wanted to gift something very special. Diamond factor is really helpful and i got the unique designs with the hundred percent guarantees. i received the order on time and the whole experience was nice for me.
