The point where I relaxed
I started using the glasses a few days after they arrived, and my first thought was that they weren’t quite right for me. Nothing dramatic, but the fit and prescription details felt a bit off, which was disappointing after waiting for them. What changed things was the way the team handled it. Amos got back to me properly, not with a generic reply, and explained that a new pair could be made to the specifications I needed. The moment I knew I was actually satisfied was when I realised I didn’t have to package up the original pairs and sort out a return as well. Being told I could keep or dispose of them saved a fair bit of hassle, honestly. The replacement was arranged without extra cost and communication was clear throughout. It wasn’t perfect from the very start, so I can’t pretend otherwise, but they dealt with the problem quickly and fairly. I’m glad it turned out better than I expected.
