Super, smashing, great!
Positive - Greta price, silly prices in fact although they try and sell you some extras to make up.
- Website easy to use
Negative - Took waaaaay longer than I thought for simple glasses although they did say it could happen when they have high order numbers in the offer.
- 2 days to reply to my emails but when they did they were helpful2 pairs for under £30 delivered.
2 pairs for under £30 delivered. They can get a little swamped in orders when they do offers so expect to wait a month for delivery. Told me before ordering they would be 2-6 weeks, they were shipped in 5 weeks and took just over a week to arrive.
Levis reading glasses
Positive. Nice glasses well made, could be quicker but I think I'm happy to wait at this price. Should have gone for the upgrade to the lens but I'll know for next time.
2 Sets of glasses and happy
We've ordered two sets so far and both have been excellent. We've saved a small fortune compared to what our optician wanted for near enough the same.

What a load of .... this company is. I wrote to complain to the CEO and just got a aggressive reply back from their customer services . kept having to chase them and when i received a email saying the glasses had been dispensed I assumed they were on there way to me, but no it doesn't it apparently means just gone to another department, well why dont you say so and explain in plain english you ....... Terrible company BE WARNED BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
