Got this for my grandson, communication was spot on, arrived as promised. Quality better than expected; he wore it on his first uni day.
Nice and punctual
Dropped in the communal hall, got a helpful notification; arrived on time. Use it every morning for my commute coffee, made life easier, honestly.
Proper surprise
Spotted this shop on Instagram and a mate nudged me — I wasn't sure about sizing and quality, but honestly those doubts vanished. It actually fits well, proper sturdy stuff, washes fine, happy.
Mate's email led to a keeper

Two shirts, two fits
Halfway through checkout I worried they'd be a lottery — and they were, but not disastrously. Both arrived in the advertised window. One hangs baggier, the other slimmer, brands mean different fabric weights. I wear them at home and to small gigs; oddly, one is much softer than expected. Delivery was fine, descriptions vague.
New favourite tee, nearly perfect
Bought this AC/DC top because my old gig shirt fell apart and I needed something comfy for lazy weekends. The cotton feels soft, fits true, print hasn't cracked yet (touch wood). I wear it about the house and even to the gym (yes, really) — proper go-to. Customer service replied quickly about sizing. Colour's a tad darker than photos, but I'm pleased.
Just when I lost hope
Right when I was about to give up—parcel still marked 'processing'—I got that 'it's sorted' message and actually laughed. Took a few extra days more than they quoted, sure, but contact was human and they fixed the missing item without faff. Had worse waits with other shops, so that moment of relief felt proper. Still a bit annoyed, but pleased in the end, honestly.
Bit of a wait, but worth it
I wasn't sure whether to buy the special edition vinyl — it was out of stock for a while and I worried it'd never turn up. I messaged customer support and they answered quickly, said it was being restocked and to hang on. I waited a couple of weeks, then opened it the evening it arrived. Proper careful packaging, which mattered because the sleeve had a tiny crease but the record itself spins fine. First play sounded great. Not flawless — the wait annoyed me — but overall glad I kept the order.
Slow processing, decent otherwise
Overall I'm a bit let down by the timing — that’s my main point. I first came across the site because a friend recommended it and I even tipped a colleague, so I had decent expectations. The stuff itself is fine, I’ve had good items before, but the processing times are maddening. My latest order has been “processing” for six days, support says it’s awaiting collection, but if it’s in the warehouse why the delay? I needed it this week and now it’s a guess when it will arrive. I’ve had parcels from China reach the UK faster, so this feels off. Mildly annoyed, but the product quality and price aren’t the problem really.
Smaller size item purchase
I was really impressed with the service I got from this shop. I needed to order a smaller size of something I'd bought before, and it was all really easy and straightforward. Ordering was a piece of cake, and returning the other item was just as simple. They really showed me their professionalism and how efficient they are.
Clothing
The clothes I got from this shop were really good quality and pretty true to size. I only had to send back one thing because it was a bit small, but the return was free and fast. I'd definitely suggest this shop for their great service and nice clothes.

A t-shirt that was on sale
I recently bought this really nice t-shirt that was meant to be on sale, but I ended up paying full price for it! Also, when it arrived, the size was totally different from what had been advertised. I tried to return it through the customer returns portal, but I found myself going nowhere. I couldn't even call customer service because they didn't have a phone number, only live chat. Eventually, I managed to return the item and now I'm waiting for a refund. To top it off, the delivery was pretty slow, taking almost a whole week!

I was really impressed with the range of band t-shirts available. The quality is excellent, and I was especially pleased with my Foo Fighters t-shirt. It arrived promptly, with regular updates on the delivery. It even arrived earlier than I thought, so I had time to check that it fits just right before the concert on the 20th of June. All in all, I'm a very happy customer!

Teenage son's new T-shirts
The company was brilliant with communication, all the way from when I ordered to when the delivery arrived. The size descriptions on the website were spot on, and the T-shirts fitted perfectly and were top quality. My 13-year-old son, who's been in a moody teenage boy phase recently, even grunted in approval when he got them and now refuses to wear any other T-shirts!
Hoodie purchase
I bought a hoodie from an online store recently, and I have to say, I'm over the moon with my purchase. The quality of the hoodie is top-notch, just as it was described on the website. It was the ideal birthday present for my friend. On top of that, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly it was delivered.
