I bought a hoodie from an online store recently, and I have to say, I'm over the moon with my purchase. The quality of the hoodie is top-notch, just as it was described on the website. It was the ideal birthday present for my friend. On top of that, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly it was delivered. Even though I was told it would arrive between the 5th and 6th of June, it actually turned up today.
Variety of clothing items purchased
I've been a customer of this company for a long time and have bought a variety of clothing items like coats, skirts, trousers, leggings, t-shirts, jumpers, pajamas, and swimwear. I've always found the quality of the clothes to be really good and often with a unique or edgy touch. The sizes are usually spot on, but because they get their stock from different brands who make their clothes elsewhere, sometimes there can be slight differences in sizing. However, returning or exchanging items is easy and hassle-free, which makes the whole process nice and easy. The delivery times are also pretty reasonable, with items turning up when expected. Overall, I've had a good experience with this company and will definitely keep recommending them to others.
Fantastic looking clothing
You know what, I don't usually go on and on about stuff, but honestly, these clothes are amazing. The fabric is such good quality, and whenever I wear them, I get loads of compliments. On top of that, the delivery was really quick, which is always a plus for me. I've been shopping with EMP for years now, and they've never disappointed me. Their sale items are such a bargain, I always feel like I'm getting my money's worth. Here's to that! Cheers!
Regular customer, timely delivery
The EMP team always stay in contact from when we place an order right up to when it's delivered. We've been using their services for a while now and definitely plan on keeping it up.
Two T-shirts
I was really happy with the updates I got on my order from start to finish. The updates on when my parcel was sent out and tracking its delivery were great. Both of the T-shirts I bought were just what I expected and good quality. I will definitely be coming back to shop again.
International delivery
I bought something online from a company that does worldwide deliveries, and I have to say, their service was really good. I placed my order on a Monday, and it arrived by Friday. Even though the package was coming from Germany, it got to me quickly and in perfect shape. I found their app easy to use, which made it simple for me to find what I needed.
T-shirts
The t-shirts I bought are really good quality and just what I was looking for. But, getting them delivered was a bit of a nightmare. No matter what delivery option I go for, I always end up having to sign for the parcel. This means I have to take time off work or rearrange delivery for the weekend, which causes delays. Other delivery companies leave more expensive items in safe spots, so why can't they do the same for a t-shirt? I had to wait an extra week for Royal Mail to deliver it, which felt like too long. The t-shirt could easily have been posted through the letterbox.
Awesome new clothes
I've just bought some really cool new clothes from this shop and I absolutely love them! They've got some really unique and stylish designs that you just can't find anywhere else. On top of that, the prices are fantastic and the sizes actually fit me perfectly!
Arch Enemy T-shirts
I recently purchased some T-shirts from this website and they are just so comfy and top-notch quality. Being a regular customer, I can say for sure that I'll be coming back for more stuff in the future. I would absolutely suggest this website to anyone who's unsure about buying from here. Trust me, you won't regret it.
Recent UK Delivery
I recently bought something from EMP and I was really happy with how quickly it got to the UK. Usually, deliveries take ages, but this time I got my stuff in just 7 days, which was a nice surprise. It's made shopping with EMP a lot easier, so I've been buying more things from them since then.
Guns and Roses T-shirt replacement
I've been a loyal customer of EMP for a good few years now and I've always been happy with the quality of their products. However, my most recent purchase of a Guns and Roses T-shirt to replace my old one left me feeling a bit let down. The material of the new shirt is definitely thinner and feels cheaper compared to the one I bought from EMP two years ago. As someone who has been with them for a long time, I was expecting higher quality and was disappointed by this change. I think that focusing on profit rather than quality might end up damaging EMP's reputation and customer loyalty in the long run. Because of this experience, I've also held off buying Metallica and Nirvana T-shirts from EMP, as I'm worried they might have the same drop in quality. Additionally, I wrote a review on their website sharing my concerns, but it hasn't been posted, which makes me wonder about the transparency and honesty of EMP's review system.
Boots
Avoid ordering from them like the black plague!
They will never send you your order, you will get promises of in a few days, by the end of the week, wait another 10 days etc.
They will refuse to give your money back, they will tell you they need to investigate.

Although products ok, customer service is beyond a joke!!!
Normally a 2xl but decided to order a 3xl. One item was a medium at best. Needed item for a gig as I’m a musician so stated on docs it was needed by a certain date (4 days later). I did originally order in plenty of time. Replacement didn’t arrive til 10 days after the event.
Tried calling - don’t take calls due to COVID… Come on now you’ve had 18 months to solve that one and this call was made when all restrictions had been lifted. Told to email so did. No response. Tried on chat and spoke with Sam who was useless at best. Wanted to register a complaint so told to email. Emailed again, no response. Emailed again asking for them to reply and guess what? Yep you guessed it - no response!!!
Avoid this lot like the plague - they don’t care one jot about their customers. Other reviews say this too…Big sellers
First time I could know about EMP who have right to brand shirts t-shirts, hoodie etc of Hollywood characters.
My son brought eight sun swallower hoodies type from here with supernatural brands.
After that purchase some more orders executed of course of same Heroes Character type clothes.
I have noticed he is more happy.This is ok for me.
