From my point of view, ordering was pretty easy and simple. I just did it online with no problems, and got confirmation quickly. But, I was let down when I found out my order was delayed without any reason given. I tried to contact customer service by email but haven't heard anything back. It's been more than a month now, and I'm still waiting for some news about my order. Not getting any updates is really annoying and doesn't seem very professional. I definitely wouldn't recommend using this store.

I written bed review because I contacted second time customer service in a month still did not get my answer when I will get. Never order again. Better to choose fanatics. It’s on time with great customer service.
