Customized England player shirt
I had a really awful experience. I ordered a custom England player shirt on 15th November, well before Christmas. I waited for weeks with no updates, only to find out later that the item was actually out of stock. The communication was really bad, there was no customer service to speak of, and overall, it was just really frustrating. Luckily, I did manage to get a refund quickly, but I was still disappointed that I didn't get the item. I would definitely recommend avoiding this store if you want a hassle-free shopping experience.
T-shirt with number 4 design
I had a terrible time with this shop. I sent several emails to double-check if the t-shirt I wanted had the design I liked, but they completely ignored me. It's annoying not getting any reply, especially when it's about a specific request for an item. If this problem isn't sorted out soon, I might have to ask my bank for a refund.
Football kit purchase
The logistics at this store are just not up to scratch. I ordered a football kit over a week ago and it still hasn't even been sent out yet. I mean, how hard is it to just print a name on a shirt? This kind of inefficiency is pretty shocking if you ask me.

I recently bought some clothes from this shop, hoping to get them by a certain date. Unfortunately, the order didn't show up when promised. I tried to contact them via email a few times but got no reply. It wasn't until I left a negative review on Trustpilot that I finally heard back from them. They said sorry, but didn't really offer a solution. Even after that, my stuff still didn't arrive by the end of the week. I ended up asking for a refund as I had lost all trust in them. The lack of customer service and communication was shocking, and it's a shame they don't show their bad reviews on their website for potential customers to see.
Clothing items
From my point of view, ordering was pretty easy and simple. I just did it online with no problems, and got confirmation quickly. But, I was let down when I found out my order was delayed without any reason given. I tried to contact customer service by email but haven't heard anything back. It's been more than a month now, and I'm still waiting for some news about my order. Not getting any updates is really annoying and doesn't seem very professional. I definitely wouldn't recommend using this store.

It is ordered nearly month ago and it hasn’t come yet. And compensation coupon get to order again for 20% off on full price. I written bed review because I contacted second time customer service in a month still did not get my answer when I will get. Never order again. Better to choose fanatics. It’s on time with great customer service.
