Long-sleeved t-shirt
I'm so glad I spotted the 'Fanatics Experience' section under the store name before I completed my purchase. I've had a bad experience with them before - the products were low quality, they messed up my orders, and their customer service was terrible. It's worrying to see well-known sports organisations partnering with a company like that. Their behaviour is questionable and they need to be taken to task.
Cool clothes
I read some reviews that made me feel a bit anxious, so I decided to use my mum's credit card as a backup. But you know what? I was pleasantly surprised! My awesome clothes arrived in just a week, and they were exactly what I was looking for. They were a little expensive, but that's just the way things are at the moment. I would definitely shop here again!
Vintage England kits for my toddler
I recently purchased some amazing vintage England kits for my little one and I have to say they are absolutely fantastic! The delivery was incredibly fast and they even provided me with a tracking code. I was a bit apprehensive at first due to some negative reviews I had read, but I must say my experience was really top-notch. I am definitely a satisfied customer!
Beret and scraf
Oh my goodness, I went and got myself a beret and a scarf from this shop and I was a bit annoyed at first because my order was all wrong. But then this bloke called Chris Madden came to the rescue and sorted it all out. Now I'm really chuffed with my new gear. Big thank you to Chris, he's the best!
England shirt purchase
I wouldn't recommend ordering from this store if you want to get your item on time. I placed an order for an England shirt more than a week ago and it still hasn't been sent out. The website said it would be shipped within 1-3 business days, but that clearly wasn't true. I was hoping to have it in time for the Euros, but that ship has sailed now. It's really hard to get hold of someone to check on my order or even cancel it. The 'chat' feature is a waste of time, always saying that all Fan advocates are busy. What a joke! There doesn't seem to be any other way to reach them, and it's so frustrating. This whole thing has been a disaster and has made me think twice about this store.
Lionesses hoodie
I bought a Lionesses hoodie for my wife from this shop not too long ago, but I was really let down by the quality. It was way smaller than I thought it would be for its size, and the material was thin and just not very good. It looked cheap, nothing like what you'd expect for nearly fifty quid. And to top it off, when I had to send it back because of these problems, I had to fork out almost six pounds in postage fees. I thought this shop would be better than that, but I won't be buying from them again.
New England shirt with name and numbers printed perfectly, along with Euro patches on arms
I bought a shirt from here and it was just what I wanted. The name and numbers were printed spot on and the Euro patches on the arms were a nice detail. It came in the post in just 7 days, no problems at all. All in all, I'm really happy with my buy from this shop.
My order was for a Large Youth Football Shirt.
I ordered a Large Youth Football Shirt, but they sent me a Large Men's size instead by mistake. I showed them photos to prove it, but now they're just ignoring me. I've been sending emails, but no one is getting back to me. It shouldn't be that difficult for them to figure out the error and sort it out. Their customer service is terrible and it seems like they're not interested in helping me at all. It's really frustrating!
Unfulfilled order, terrible customer service
I've had an absolutely terrible experience with this shop. I ordered something weeks ago and it still hasn't shown up. Dealing with customer service has been a real nightmare - they keep promising refunds that never actually happen, and they don't seem to care at all about sorting out the problem. It honestly feels as though I've been conned.
New England kit for my son's birthday
I'm really disappointed with the service I received from the England Store. I ordered the New England kit for my son's 10th birthday and paid for express delivery to make sure it arrived on time. But, I haven't received any updates on my order yet. When I contacted customer service, they just told me it was still being processed. They also said I wouldn't know the delivery date until tomorrow, which is my son's birthday. The lack of communication and unhelpful customer service has left me feeling very frustrated. On top of that, they refunded me a small amount that doesn't make up for my son not getting his present on time. To add insult to injury, the customer service representative had trouble with English, which made the whole situation even more annoying. Needless to say, I won't be shopping at this store again.
Personalised birthday shirt
I ordered a personalised birthday shirt for my brother's 40th, but it arrived late and when it finally came, the numbering was all wrong. I had to send it back and then wait for up to 24 hours for someone to get in touch about the return. The product was really shoddy, the service was rubbish, the communication was poor, and it was clear that they just didn't care.

I purchased a shirt from this shop for £85 and paid extra for next day delivery. It's been a week now and my order still hasn't been dispatched. I can't even get through to customer service. It's really annoying!

I bought a t-shirt and hoodie from this shop last week and I was really looking forward to getting them. I paid extra for next day delivery but they didn't arrive on time, which was disappointing. When I contacted customer service, they were quite rude and refused to give me a refund. It feels like a bit of a scam, I regret not checking the reviews beforehand!
A cool kit for my brother
I bought this really cool kit for my brother from a store in England. But now they're saying I never placed the order, and my bank's had to step in because they took my money! On top of that, customer service hasn't even responded to my email. I'm so frustrated, I can't believe it! I'd recommend steering clear of this store completely, it's just not worth the hassle!
Football kit
I was really let down by the England store. The customer service was not great at all, I had to wait much longer than I should have for my football kit to turn up, and then when it did, there were holes in the socks. To top it off, they told me it would take two whole weeks to sort out a return and get a replacement, meaning I could be waiting up to six weeks just for one kit. It's baffling to me why big brands like Nike and the FA would work with such a shoddy service provider. I feel tricked because they didn't make it clear from the start that fanatics were involved.
England hoodie purchase
I bought an England hoodie for my granddaughter from this store, and I have to say I was really disappointed with the quality. When it arrived, there was a big grey square where the printer had clearly heated up too much, and the England logo was smudged. It honestly looked like it had been made in a teenager's bedroom by someone who didn't have a clue what they were doing. The quality was so bad that I can't even give it to my granddaughter, which is a shame as she was really excited about it.
