I had a bit of a problem with an item I returned, and to be honest, it didn't go smoothly at all. But then, Jules came to the rescue like a superhero and sorted everything out. Quick delivery and great customer service
I'm really impressed with the service I got from this retailer. My stuff always comes quickly, and the customer service is really great. I like how they keep me updated every step of the way, which makes shopping with them really pleasant and easy. Quick and easy purchase
I really like the website layout, it's so easy to find what I was looking for. The detailed descriptions of the items were really helpful, and I loved the different payment options available. Jumper purchase
I bought a jumper from this company not long ago and I had a really annoying time with the delivery service. They said they tried to deliver it to my house but they just ended up taking it to a pick-up point without telling me. I had to order the same jumper twice because the first pick-up point wouldn't take it. The ordering bit was fine, but the delivery was so disappointing and inconvenient. I even thought about giving up on the jumper because it was such a hassle.
Blue sweatshirt
I had a rather disappointing experience with the online store, to be honest. I bought a blue sweatshirt from their website, but the delivery was a nightmare. The courier company said they tried to deliver it when I was actually at home, so I had to contact the retailer for help. Their response wasn't very helpful - they just told me to pick up the item from a location that was over a mile away, which was difficult for me because of my disability. This lack of customer service and understanding really bothered me, so I won't be buying anything from them again.

Absolute cheap crap man. Looks nothing like the pictures and product really obviously cheaply made. Fake clothes being sold as the real deal. Avoid at all costs
