Order placed Friday night
Oh my goodness! I placed an order on Friday night and then I received an email confirming that it had been dispatched just 5 hours later at 4 in the morning on Saturday! The package was delivered surprisingly quickly on Monday by Royal Mail. I received it today and I was really impressed with how well it was packed. They even included a free sample in the package! I am so pleased and will definitely be ordering from them again in the future.
Quick delivery, helpful customer service
I bought something from this company and I was really impressed with how quickly it was delivered and how helpful the customer service team were. I've been struggling with my skin since having long Covid, so I needed some products to help with that.

Escentual always has really good prices and they sell products that can be hard to find in other places. I think their online service is very dependable, much better than some other websites I've used.
Lip gloss
I received my lip gloss really quickly and it didn't cost too much. It was a great deal compared to other places I checked. The gloss itself is really nice and shiny, and it smells really good as well. I absolutely love it!

Cosmetic and body care products
I wish I knew Escentual early enough, I wouldn't have gotten myself confused buying cosmetic products from different sellers whom a lot turned out to be fake or of very low quality.
