Awful customer service - not contactable at all. Well over a week just to dispatch my order - now it’s been almost two weeks since I sent my returns and haven’t even had confirmation of receipt. Sent an email enquiry and got the same automated reply other reviewers have complained about - ‘high volume of emails’… yada yada. They still manage to bombard me with spam emails at least once a day though!
I used to order from evans all the time but the service levels have clearly dropped drastically.
UPDATE - several weeks have passed, still no reply to my emails and they still haven’t processed my return items - have had to claim my money back through the credit card company.
Sham company - will never, ever order from them again.none
I used to work for evans customer service before arcadia went into adminsitration, and i can tell you now that evans customers are spiteful nasty and abusive porkers, who call staff members thick are become 2 impatient because those ... hogs dont ready the terms and conditions. or teh fact mny of these custoemr claim their disabled just as a way to hurl abuse at us staff.
It could take up to 28 days for a refund to be processed because when a return is done from a parcel shop it is pending on when the courier van is going to be picking up items. or how long it take to sort through parcels at their sorting depots ( it does take time) many customers complained about where there prcel is when they entered the wrong address or didnt check thing clearly, also customer would be abusive because we have an up to percentage off ale which mean id the discount was up to 30% then anything up to 30& would be discounted not exactly 30%
Customer who chased return also did not follow the return processed proper as they didnt create label from the website insted the sent their clothes in parcels t department stores and to place that cant even process a refund. Also Klarna order could not be returned to store and must be returned within 14 days.
in regards to quality the quality of the cloth was top notch and their was a 6rh month warrenty for clothes anythign after that is wear and tear and arcadia is not liable for hat item, however customer tried to return cloth after the 28 day tiem frame or a pair of shoes they owned for year is now comming Apart ( to be fair if a ... hog was walking in those shoes contantly for over 6 months than wear and tear is natural.
The custoemr service staff that we abused were often stressed when they tried to explain thing yet one customer NAn bagan called me thick repeatedly because i explained what up to 30% off meant,
nay who dont abuse customer service staff and cdont call an online service appalign expially if you hadbnt read the terms and condition and waits the time frame of 28 daysLingerie
Very disappointed with the "new" Evans lingerie. They are now owned by City CHic and market themselves as a "World Of Curves" but none of the bras comes in anything larger than an F Cup and none of the styles look very supportive. It is definitely lingerie of the sort worn by the type of curvy girls who claim they are plus size but are at most a 16 and is probably at it's best with nothing else to wear over it, not matronly ladies!
Seems like the old comfortable and reliable Evans is dead.shoes

I placed 2 orders on 10th February 2021 and they were both delivered. I paid with a £50 gift card and the rest was with my card, it totalled £106.92.
One order was £53.37 and the other was £53.55.
The only reason I ordered so much was to use the gift card up because I could only use 50% of it, which I think is disgusting.
So then the order came, I tried the clothes on and returned all of them apart from 2 tops, 1 from each order.
The only refund I have to date is £16.78 on 24th February.
You can't call anyone, you email through the website and it comes back delivery failed. I sent a couple of messages through Facebook, I did get 2 replies now they are being ignored. All I want is my money back, its disgusting to take someone's money that you are not entitled to.2 x coats
I ordered 2 coats weeks ago,,i've had one delivered but i am still waiting for the other one £75.00 ,,
There is no one to phone, I have put in an email but no response, feeling very let down and frustrated, they have quite happily taken my money ,but NOT provided me with my coat....I WONT BE USING THEM AGAIN, I WILL BE STICKING TO SIMPLY BE...Padded Coat £80

Beautiful too ideal for night out but left a trail of sparkley bits everywhere I went. Garment has little bare patches not impressed!

Ok so I'm quite frustrated right now, everytime I wear my indigo Jean's (I've washed them a lot) I take them off and my legs are blue! Why!? Ive got 3 pairs of Evan's Jean's and I've always loved them but lately they dont seem to be very well made and the dye is all over me no matter how many times I wash them! Very annoying and surely not good?!?

Excellent shop, lovely collections .Gray overly tops, camisole tops,waist tunics ,just fantastic collection this time from Evans.
I don't see any reason to avoid this shop, everything, perfect quality and great prices available.
