I first heard about them from a mate at the site and rang to check stock. Spoke to Matt, he was straightforward. Ordered online and, to my surprise, a 6m screed beam arrived by 10am the next morning from Stoke-on-Trent to Wiltshire. Driver phoned ahead, polite and efficient. Decent price, no fuss and sorted overall a good reliable experience.
Proper little lifesaver
I wasn't expecting much after a dodgy purchase earlier, but this time it actually did the trick. Needed something to help my aching lower back during the house move, and the small support cushion fitted in the van and later under my lumbar perfectly. The exact moment I knew I was happy was when I sat down after unpacking and felt proper relief — silly little thing, but I'm really glad I went for it, honestly.
Mixed experience, still waiting on refund
I was on the fence because the website said it was in stock and the picture looked right, but I’ve been burned before so I hesitated. Eventually I ordered since I needed a boiler part urgently before the move. Three weeks later a parcel turned up — not the part shown and the wrong item. I sent it back, ordered the correct one and that arrived next day (relief). Still, weeks on I’ve had no refund for the first order despite emails and calls. Glad the replacement was quick, annoyed about the refund, now filing a claim.
