neat packaging, clear instructions and lenses that didn't smell odd. The moment I knew I was satisfied was when I could pop them in without faffing and they stayed comfortable all day. Shipping was noticeably faster than other brands I’ve tried. Not flawless — the freebies felt a touch gimmicky — but overall reliable. I still reach for this brand when I need new lenses.

The box turned up on a wet Tuesday, which honestly made my week — delivery was ridiculously quick. I opened it at once and, yeah, the gothic artwork on the packaging really spoke to me; felt like they’d made it for people like me. There were little freebies — pins, stickers, a keychain and an eyeshadow, which I didn’t expect, though the shadow had a tiny smudge. The contacts themselves are comfy, easy to pop in and out, not too stiff and not too floppy, which is rare. Colours and patterns are proper good quality. Customer service was polite when I emailed about the smudge, but a bit slow to reply — nothing terrible, just could be quicker. Compared to other brands that take ages, this was a pleasant surprise.
