The ordering process went really smoothly and it was super easy for me to find and buy what I wanted. I thought the service provided was top-notch, they were quick to answer any questions I had. Butterfly jewellery set
The butterfly jewellery set I ordered was just gorgeous! I got the necklace, ring, and earrings and they are all so stunning and well-crafted. Non-delivery of order, poor tracking system
Oh, what a nightmare! I placed an order and was so excited for it to arrive, but it never did. To top it off, I didn't even get a tracking number to see where it was. Nowadays, when everything is meant to be easy and clear, this is just not on. I was really disappointed and annoyed by the company not keeping me in the loop.

Forget me not ear rings
The service at this place is absolutely fantastic. They are always quick to send out my orders and let me know when they will arrive. However, I was really disappointed with the forget me not earrings I bought recently. Considering I've bought bangles, necklaces, and brooches from them before and they were all amazing, I expected the same level of detail for the earrings. Unfortunately, they didn't meet my expectations at all. They didn't look anything like forget me nots, which was a bit disappointing. In the end, I had to step in and use some blue and yellow enamel paints to make them look presentable.
Pets backpack
I bought a pets backpack from this shop not long ago, and I have to say, I was really happy with how it all went. The whole thing was really smooth and simple, just like the title of my review says. The box it arrived in was actually really nice, which was a lovely surprise when I opened it up. The backpack itself was great - the colours were really bright and the animals on it were really cute and made it look unique. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that there wasn't a corgi design available, which is a bit of a shame as I really like that breed. But, it's only a small thing so it's not a big deal.
Beautiful scarf in the sale
I recently bought a lovely scarf from a store. It was on sale and I was really happy with how nice it was and the design. But, there was a problem with the delivery because Evri tried to deliver it three times, but couldn't get a signature. The scarf got sent back to the store, but I got in touch with them and asked for it to be sent out again. The next day, Fable quickly sent out the scarf through Royal Mail and I got it at last. Despite the delivery issue, I was generally happy with both the scarf and the service I got.

The blackbird brooch I ordered is even more beautiful when you see it in person compared to how it looked online. The detailed painting and careful attention to detail really make it a special piece. I got it as a gift for my daughter and she really loves it. The packaging it arrived in was lovely too, and it made the experience of receiving the item even better.
