Recent shoe purchase
I recently bought a pair of shoes from this store, but my experience wasn't great. The courier service didn't deliver the shoes despite keeping me informed. I had to go out of town for work and when I contacted the store, they were closed for the weekend and didn't reply for 2 days. Now they're saying I got the shoes and questioning my location. They won't give me a refund and are making me prove I didn't receive the package. It's been really frustrating and disappointing. I'm going to make a formal complaint because this seems like fraud. I wouldn't recommend shopping here.

I bought a fancy hat from this boutique and I have to say, I'm really not happy with it. After I washed it for the first time, it shrank and now I can't wear it at all. It's obviously not real and it's not well-made either. I've got other designer hats that have lasted me ages, so I was expecting the same standard from this one. I really fancied this pink top and blue skirt from a shop for my friend's birthday party. But when I tried to order it, their website was down for four whole days! I was so frustrated because I had my heart set on that outfit. Eventually, when I managed to contact customer service, they took ages, like 1-3 hours, to get back to me. And then they said I could pay an alternative way, but in the end, they couldn't even process my order. It was such a letdown and a real waste of my time! Totally uncool.
