I bought a pair of trainers from this boutique recently, and I have to say, I'm really happy with how everything went. I really fancied this pink top and blue skirt from a shop for my friend's birthday party. But when I tried to order it, their website was down for four whole days! I was so frustrated because I had my heart set on that outfit. Eventually, when I managed to contact customer service, they took ages, like 1-3 hours, to get back to me. And then they said I could pay an alternative way, but in the end, they couldn't even process my order. It was such a letdown and a real waste of my time! Totally uncool.
