I went to Ferraris Boutique the other day to get myself a designer handbag and I must say, I was really blown away by the massive range they had in store. The staff there were so clued up on all the products and really helped me out in finding the ideal bag for me. The handbag itself is top-notch quality and I am absolutely over the moon with my buy. I definitely suggest Ferraris Boutique to anyone looking for some fancy luxury goods.
Shoes purchase
I bought a pair of shoes from this boutique the other day and I've got to say, I'm really happy with how it all went. The shoes arrived looking perfect and the packaging was really nice too. I was also really impressed with how quickly they arrived - less than a day! The tracking emails were a good idea but it would have been even better to know the exact delivery time a bit sooner.
Faulty shoes purchase
I bought a pair of shoes from this boutique not long ago, but sadly they turned out to be faulty. One shoe was too small and the other was too big, so wearing them was out of the question. On top of that, I was slapped with a whopping £90 for delivery and return fees. Even though the fault was clearly with them, they refused to give me a full refund, which left me feeling really unhappy about the whole ordeal. I would highly recommend avoiding this company to prevent going through the same letdown.

I really fancied this pink top and blue skirt from a shop for my friend's birthday party. But when I tried to order it, their website was down for four whole days! I was so frustrated because I had my heart set on that outfit. Eventually, when I managed to contact customer service, they took ages, like 1-3 hours, to get back to me. And then they said I could pay an alternative way, but in the end, they couldn't even process my order. It was such a letdown and a real waste of my time! Totally uncool.
