Half-asleep one morning I realised this little pod had become my go-to spot; I first saw one at my sister's house and she tipped me off, so I ordered. Delivery took about a week and mostly it was fine — drivers left it where I asked, though the installer rang later to say an extra panel arrived slightly scratched. Customer service were brilliant on the phone, very patient and never put me on hold, which made the process calmer. Assembly needed more fiddly moments than the blurb suggested, bits need gentle tightening, but once up it's cosy, keeps my plants safe from bugs and I do my reading there. I've noticed my electric use is down by half, which is a welcome bonus. The design suits the garden and I use it mornings. I'm mildly annoyed at the small scuff, but overall glad I bought it — worth the effort, even if not totally perfect

Proper good customer service all the way through, and I was actually surprised by the attention to detail. It wasn’t cheap, but the quality and the extra value to the house make it worth it.
