Oddly, the delivery turned up earlier than I expected and that set the tone for the whole job. The panels were nicely sealed and sat perfectly — honest, they made the room warmer and you can tell it's efficient, not just a bit of fluff. Building it wasn't difficult, could have been faster if I'd planned better, but it all fitted and looks different in a good way. Customer service was excellent; I had a question and there was someone straight away, no passing me between people, which I really appreciated. Price felt fair — not the cheapest, but good value. I'd recommend them, though check your measurements, I nearly cocked that up. It's proper useful year-round, honestly, really.

Assembly needed more fiddly moments than the blurb suggested, bits need gentle tightening, but once up it's cosy, keeps my plants safe from bugs and I do my reading there. I've noticed my electric use is down by half, which is a welcome bonus. The design suits the garden and I use it mornings.
