Took a peek online, hesitated, then ordered because I needed decent water for tea and the kids' bottles. It wasn't perfect at first — a small delay and I did have to chase customer service once — but they actually sorted it, sent the right item, and it fitted neatly. Took the edge off my scepticism, honestly. Now the tap's back to normal, coffee tastes better and I don't worry each time someone runs the dishwasher. So, not flawless, a tiny wait, but glad I stuck with it.

They told me not to return the wrong set and insisted I re-order; they wouldn’t cover postage to my new address, only to the original delivery location, so I paid a neighbour to forward them, a proper faff. The filters themselves are solid, easy to slot in and seem to clear dust and smells. Not perfect, a bit of a palaver, but they work. I sold the spare set locally and it helped cover costs.

Two weeks later I rang and only then heard it’d be drop‑shipped on 10 Feb — which, surprise, they hadn’t bothered to mention. I spoke to Rebecca (had to ask her to spell it), she said “tonight or tomorrow”, then when I pushed she confirmed the Feb date. I cancelled and ordered from someone else and got it by 2 Feb. Bit annoying, but glad it worked out in the end.

    Half impressed, half annoyed

    daily deals, the same promo over and over. That was my main doubt before I clicked buy. Still, I needed the filters and the price looked sensible, so I thought, sod it, I'll give them a go and keep an eye on the inbox.
