I was tucking the last plank into place when I realised I was pleased. I ordered the flooring on 7 January and the first couple of boxes turned up the wrong shade, and it took ages to get the right ones. When I started fitting them a week later the boards looked like the photos and felt solid underfoot — that was the moment I felt satisfied, not ecstatic but relieved. The process was clunky, calls went to sales and chat had long waits, but the product itself was decent.
