ordered in August, no sign of the parcel, promised refunds that “would be processed” three times, then the usual back-and-forth where one person says it’s done and another says finance still needs to approve. It was messy and I felt fobbed off. In the end I had to ask my bank for a chargeback — not ideal, but it finally moved things. The relief came when the bank confirmed the refund and FLSun started nagging me to cancel the dispute; I didn’t and the money appeared days later. So yeah, not a smooth ride, but when the bank sorted it I was pleased. If you’re stuck in the same limbo, consider using your bank’s dispute process — it worked for me, though I’d prefer they shipped on time.
Missed deliveries, slow replies but it got sorted
I had to chase customer service a few times. Each time I had to re-explain the same details because the agent hadn't read earlier messages. Annoying, yes, but not impossible to deal with. They were polite though a little slow to follow up, and I had to keep checking SMS and the ticket page myself since promised email updates never came. After several nudges someone finally gave a clearer timeframe and they arranged a re-delivery which actually arrived intact. So, I'm a bit relieved it wasn't a total nightmare. Service could be a lot better at keeping customers in the loop and reading the thread, but when they do act, they do sort things out. I told a couple of colleagues about it — warned them about the delivery oddness — and one has since ordered too. Overall I'm happy it ended okay, grateful it wasn't worse, but it took more patience than it should have.
