I emailed, they replied promptly, and sent replacements without a fuss (packaged and couriered neatly). Delivery was quicker than I expected and the tracking updates were useful. Overall the board still gives the small nudge I need to stand properly; customer service and delivery really make the difference.
Helps my neck and keeps me moving
I wasn't expecting to be hauling a balance board between two desks, but here we are. I got the original about a year ago because my neck and lower back were constantly sore, and it honestly made a noticeable difference — posture improved, I felt a bit more energetic and standing through the day got easier. Then I had a tumble and ended up with a cervical fracture, and the board turned out to be the only thing that let me work without being in agony. I've been carting it back and forth for weeks until a second one arrived (bought with my FSA). It's not flawless — took a while to get used to and it can wobble on uneven carpet — but it's become part of my routine and it helps.
Useful but delivery could be better
sturdy, simple, does what it says — my son loves it and seems to help his balance. Delivery was a bit slower than expected and the box had scuffs, but customer service answered my email quickly and sorted a small issue. Not perfect — price is a tad steep, but useful at my standing desk.
Small fault, swift fix
Bought this in late 2018 and used it every day since — first impression was that it was solid and simple to use. After about two years a small fault appeared; I contacted customer service and they honoured their lifetime warranty straight away. The quick, no-nonsense response is what impressed me most. Happy it turned out so well, I still use it daily.
Unexpectedly helpful

What surprised me was the delivery and service — it arrived a day early and when I asked about tracking a helpful rep replied within an hour, checked the courier, it felt like real care, not just a sale. Using it at my standing desk is easy, nudges me to move and I feel less stiff after long calls. Better than others I've tried.
