I bought a mattress because my back had been killing me and it just wasn’t right, so I returned everything well within the stated return window. I fully expected my money back to my original card, but they unilaterally issued part of the refund as store credit — which I never asked for and never agreed to. Oddly, customer support even confirmed in writing that they’d converted it for “internal accounting” reasons. I kept asking for the refund to the card (I needed the cash for physio, frankly), but got explanations instead of a fix. The website looked decent and delivery was fine, but being pushed into unwanted credit feels misleading. Until they sort it, I can’t recommend them.
Halfway-through-shift relief
one pair felt a bit stiff at first and they’ve softened after a few washes, and they’re not miracle-workers for chronic pain. Overall they cut down fatigue a lot and delivery/service were solid — would buy again when these wear out.
Sizing mess, but eventually sorted — sort of
I did get a usable outcome in the end, though it was a faff. I bought this bra because my back has been playing up and I needed something with proper support; I’m picky because other brands have helped before. I followed their size chart and the bra that turned up was clearly too small, at least two sizes down — not subtle, just wrong. I contacted customer support to arrange an exchange and to check sizing, and their response was odd: the only solution they offered was to buy the priciest option. That didn’t make sense, so there was a week of emails, no phone number, and very slow replies. I paid extra for "return protection" and it didn’t feel like protection at the time. They did finally send return instructions and processed the exchange, but they didn’t refund the full amount even though the error was theirs. So, slightly relieved it’s resolved, but still annoyed and wouldn’t rely on them again.
Worth a second look
here we go again, another pair promising the moon. I was sceptical because I’ve had socks that slip, bunch or just feel pointless. Ended up ordering anyway — I stand all day at work and train a few evenings a week, so figured it was worth a try. The first couple of wears felt noticeably firmer around the arch, you do notice them, but not in an annoying way. After a few runs and a couple of tough gym sessions (think HYROX-style circuits) the doubt largely vanished. They stabilise my foot more than I expected and there’s less wobble on quick movements. The proper surprise was recovery — my feet don’t ache as much after back-to-back training days. Not perfect: they needed a wash to soften up and the top band is a bit snug on my calves, so it isn’t a flawless fit for everyone. Still, for daily use — standing shifts, running and lifting — they’ve become a reliable, practical extra rather than a gimmick.
A pleasant surprise on my bad-back days
I wasn't sure at first. I hesitated before buying because it looked more structured than my usual bras. Putting it on the first time felt fiddly — took a minute to figure the straps and the fit. But I gave it a proper go during a weekend of walking and errands, and that changed everything. It steadied my shoulders without squeezing. Comfortable is the word. I have mild osteoporosis and posture matters, so I was worried it might be too firm. It isn’t. It supports gently, lets me move, and after a couple of wears getting it on is almost second nature. The colour I chose didn’t fade after a wash either, which was a nice surprise. It’s smart enough for a gym session and low-key enough to wear under a shirt for a whole day. I now reach for it on travel days and when I know I'll be on my feet for hours. Small learning curve, yes, but worth it. Would buy again and I already have in another colour.
