Variety of fragrances
I've bought a few different perfumes from FragranceX and I've been really happy with how it's gone. I always make sure to check the batch codes on my bottles whenever I get a delivery, and so far I haven't had any problems with the products. The batch dates can be different, but the quality of the perfumes has always been spot on.
Even though there have been a few delays with USPS deliveries recently, I don't blame FragranceX for that as shipping times are out of their hands. If you're saving a good amount on your order, it might be worth thinking about getting a faster shipping option for peace of mind. In general, I've come across some fantastic deals on unusual products that have been hard to find elsewhere.

I've been a long-time customer of fragrances and recently I bought some cologne and perfume. I've been buying fragrances for over 25 years and I've always been happy with the quality of the products. This time, I was really pleased with the cologne and perfume I received - top-notch quality and authentic. But unfortunately, my satisfaction was let down by the slow delivery service from Pitney Bowes, the third-party shipping company used by FragranceX. In the past, USPS would deliver my packages within 3 days, but this time Pitney Bowes was responsible for shipping the package to USPS, causing a delay in the delivery process. It was a bit inconvenient and affected my overall experience with this purchase.

Being a regular customer of FragranceX, I can honestly say that it's the only website I go to for buying perfumes. Lattafa Qaed Fursan purchase
I bought the Lattafa Qaed Fursan perfume and got it sent to my proper address. But there was a mix-up and the company accidentally sent it to another address. I thought maybe it was just a stop along the way before it got to me, but when I got in touch with customer service, they said I must have given the wrong address. I was sure that wasn't true and it seemed like they had made a mistake.
Three perfumes to CÚCUTA, COLOMBIA
My first time ordering from FragranceX was really good. I ordered three perfumes and they came in perfect condition all the way to CÚCUTA, COLOMBIA. They were delivered by (Deprisa) from BOGOTÁ and it did take 15 days to arrive, which was a bit longer than I thought but I can live with it. It'd be cool to know which shipping company is used internally for future reference. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase and would definitely shop there again.
Nitro Black Intense by Dumont
I've just ordered from FragranceX for the first time and honestly it was a brilliant choice. I wasn't sure at first when I spotted Dumont's Nitro Black Intense on their site, as I'd never seen it in the UK. But, the price of £25 (without shipping) was just too good to pass up, so after thinking it over for three days, I went for it. I was really pleased when they gave me a tracking number just 2 hours after ordering, it definitely helped ease my doubts.
Fast delivery, unbeatable prices
I was so happy when my order arrived earlier than I expected. Everything went really well, and the prices were amazing. The only thing is I didn't know the exact delivery date, just got a notification on the day it arrived with an estimated time slot. It didn't bother me too much as someone is usually home, but it might be a problem for some people. Overall, I had a really good experience and I'll definitely be ordering from them again.
Christmas gift - Parfume for daughter
I was very pleased with how fast FragranceX delivered my order! The package arrived quickly and I haven't opened it yet, but the clear labelling on the box showing the exact product inside makes me feel confident that it's all authentic. The price was really good too, especially for the brands I like. I'll definitely be shopping at FragranceX again in the future for perfumes like Chanel Coco Mademoiselle, Provocative, and Opium.

Who doesn't enjoy a nice quick and easy buy, right? I completely loved how straightforward it was to order from FragranceX. No stress, no bother, and my bits and bobs turned up in no time at all. Late delivery
The items came in good condition, but the delivery dates were all over the place. My second order arrived 3 days before my first order, which was made almost a week before. I'm glad the items were fine, but come on, sort out your delivery system!
Defective product
The website has loads of good info and the USPS shipping is reliable, but I'm gutted that the Eau de Perfume I bought is no good - there's no scent at all! It's like I've been sent an overpriced bottle of watered-down rubbing alcohol. Such a shame that my bottle turned out to be the dud in the batch.
Perfume
I've just received my perfume from FragranceX and it was absolutely amazing! The scent was so lovely and it lasted the whole day. Plus, the bottle was really cute too, I enjoy showing it off to all my friends. I'm really happy I chose to purchase it from FragranceX, I'll definitely be buying more things from them in the future.
Fake fragrance disappointment
Don't bother spending your money on FragranceX! I've been getting my favourite perfume from a reliable store for over 5 years, but thought I'd try something new with FragranceX. What a disaster that turned out to be! The perfume I got was totally off - it didn't have the richness and lasting power I'm used to with my usual scent. And to top it off, it was just as expensive as my usual one. I felt like I'd been ripped off and won't be making that mistake again. Do yourself a favour and stick to well-known retailers for your perfumes.
Opened package, missing items
Be cautious when dealing with this company. If your delivery arrives damaged or doesn't turn up at all, they won't give you a refund. And if you try to open a PayPal dispute, they won't let you place another order. I've been a customer for 10 years, and when I recently had a package arrive open with something missing, I wasn't happy. I opened a PayPal dispute, but they refused to refund me, saying it wasn't their fault. However, I know that it's the sender's responsibility to make sure deliveries arrive in good condition. Luckily, PayPal came through and refunded me for the missing item. Since then, they won't accept any of my orders because I opened a dispute. Steer clear of this company!
Made a purchase
I bought something from FragranceX, but when I called up two weeks later to see how my order was doing, they said it was on hold. Apparently, they needed an authorization code from my bank or credit card, which I never got. So, I called my bank and they said all the card info was good when I made the online order. What a pain, wasted my whole morning! If you want to avoid wasting time, I'd suggest shopping somewhere else.
Happy Heart fragrance
I recently ordered the Happy Heart fragrance from this website, and I had a really bad experience. The package never arrived, and when I tried to get in touch with customer service, they weren't very helpful. I showed them all the proof of my purchase and our conversations, but they still wouldn't admit fault for the missing package. It's been super frustrating and I'm really let down by FragranceX.
