I spotted the tee on a mate's post and decided to buy one. Simple idea. Ordered it and then nothing happened for weeks. The tracking they gave me showed as delivered on their site, but the postie had no record and my neighbours said they hadn't seen it. I spent a few awkward days phoning and checking in with family, asking the neighbours again, that sort of thing. At that point I thought I had been duped. I complained to the seller and pressed for a refund or at least an update. The tone from them was a bit clumsy and there was some back and forth. Then, unexpectedly, a parcel arrived. It wasn't the smoothest process, but the item was in the box and it was largely what I wanted. The fabric isn't premium, and the print isn't flawless, but it fits and looks fine in normal wear. The precise moment I knew I was satisfied was when I tried it on and realised it would do exactly what I wanted — a simple keepsake, worn rather than kept in a drawer. I'm actually glad it worked out in the end. I wouldn't rave about the service, but I'm grateful it wasn't a total loss. Will be more cautious next time, check seller reviews first, but relieved this one ended up usable. Small wins. Small relief.
