My order arrived with no paperwork
Hi, I received my order but there wasn't any paperwork or return label included in the package. I'm unsure what to do if I need to return it, and I'm a bit annoyed that I have to cover the cost of return postage for their error. I've emailed them but still haven't received a response. Plus, the phone number they provided seems to be out of service. Fingers crossed everything works out!

I had a really good experience with the customer service at this online shop. In particular, Chiara was super helpful and really listened to me when I had a problem with the delivery. She did everything she could to make sure my issue was sorted quickly, and I am so grateful for her commitment to keeping customers happy. Smooth process, delayed shipping, well-packed goods
This company goes on about how quick they deliver, but the tracking info for my package was nowhere to be seen for a whole five days. It took them eight days in total to get it to me. On the bright side, everything was well protected in the package.

Initially, I was really annoyed by how long it took for customer service to get back to me and the delay in sending out my order. It was only when I decided to speak up about my worries online that I eventually got a response, and my order was quickly dispatched. I was pleasantly surprised by the next day delivery from Italy, and I got my items just in time for the weekend.

I was really impressed by all the stuff they had on the website. Ordering was easy, no hassle at all. The only thing that let it down was the steep shipping fees to Australia. It would be great if they could offer more shipping choices to save money for customers abroad.
Perfume purchase
So, I went and got this perfume from that shop, right? And oh my goodness, it turned out to be the absolute worst decision ever. I mean, I'd read all those terrible reviews, but I thought, nah, maybe it's just a one-time thing. But no, it was a huge mistake. I made my order and they said it would arrive in like 2-4 days. Then they emailed me saying it would actually take a whole month! Like, for real?! And then they changed the date again! I mean, why you gotta mess me about like that? And the icing on the cake was that the customer service advisor didn't even seem to care about wasting my time. Ugh. I totally regret buying from that place.
Fragrance order from abroad
I'm a customer from Toronto, Canada and I just got my fragrance order from abroad. I was so excited to find a specific perfume that I can't get in Canada on the website, and the whole experience was even better than I expected. Ordering was really easy and quick, the website was user-friendly and made it simple to find and choose what I wanted. The prices were really good compared to what I would pay locally, so it was definitely worth the money.
