SCAM SCAM SCAM!
Complete scam of a company. Items they sell doesn’t match what you see online, when you receive the item it’s nothing like you ordered. Google their name, there’s a site that states many customers have reported this company for selling items that do not match the description. This company have a way of blocking reviews below 4 or 5 stars on their website. They insist item has to be sent back with tracking info but provide an address that doesn’t exist. Be warned please do not purchase from this site.AVOID at all costs

I ordered a dog bed and according to the dimensions on their site, it would have been perfect, however, it arrived and it was tiny. It was described as a Extra Large dog bed, its never seen extra large anything.
I contacted them as the item was not as described and the dimensions provided were not what i received. When i contacted them within the 14 days after delivery, they refused to refund me, even though on their website i followed all the T...Cs.
They will not all me to return, because they will not refund the return shipping as they are not based in the UK, not my issue as on their site they do not say i have to pay for the return should the item not meet their own descriptions...
They offered me 10% off my next order or £5 refund. This is disgraceful and this company is not operating within UK law around distance selling.

Please be careful when ordering as this company full well know they're unable to dispatch goods within the advertised timescales and do not keep you abreast of what's going on. I placed order but had zero comms from them. After 10 days I contacted for an update and it was only at this point they eventually bothered to inform me the goods hadn't even yet been dispatched!
I responded saying I was not happy as they had accepted the order, but at no point had the courtesy to inform me there would be a delay. On doing some digging I see 2 weeks before I placed my order on their own social media a pos stating there were 'too many private messages to reply to' and to send an email instead. But I have emailed and still had no reply, or goods or even an apology.
I can only assume your statement regarding too many messages to reply to are messages of complaint? This rings alarm Bells and therefore I have opened a dispute with PayPal.
If by chance, I get the goods with an apology or explanation and the goods are as good as they look, I will, of course write a fair, Positive review. But sadly I hold little hope of ever seeing these items.
