Sofa Covers Purchase
I've been using sofa covers for years now to protect my furniture from my dogs' mess. So, after seeing these sofa covers advertised multiple times, I thought I'd give them a try. I ended up buying the full 6 piece 3 seater set and the full 5 piece 2 seater set, along with 6 matching or contrasting cushions. I must say, I am really impressed with everything - the fit, quality, colours, customer service, packaging, and delivery time. These covers have totally changed the way my furniture and room look, giving them both style and protection.
Car bed & yellow heart toy
We were delighted with the car bed and yellow heart toy we got for our puppies. They absolutely adore the bed, finding it comfy and safe, and the yellow heart toy has become their favourite toy in no time. It's lovely to see how much happiness such a basic item can give them. The fact that the toy is in a colour that dogs can see clearly is a nice touch and shows that the company has put thought into their products. All in all, we're really pleased with our purchase and our puppies are over the moon!
8 separate seat covers for motorhome
I recently bought 8 seat covers for our motorhome from this website. I thought I'd get a discount and a free 8th item at checkout, but turns out I had to add discount codes myself. Ended up paying full price by mistake. Contacted FunnyFuzzy customer service, got refunded once goods arrived. Really happy with their quick help. Overall, the seat covers are good quality and durable, seem like they can handle our pet. But more size options would be great, especially for different seat types.
Dog toy purchase
I was well chuffed with the dog toy I bought from this place - my furry mate loved it! It came way sooner than I thought, which was a nice surprise. The quality was spot on, and my pup can't get enough of it. I emailed a question and got a quick and helpful response. All in all, top-notch shopping experience here.
Dog bed purchase
I bought a dog bed from this company, and it was a total waste of money! The bed looked good, felt strong, and seemed comfy for my furry friend. But, after only four days, it started falling apart. I got in touch with customer service, but they were slow to reply and only sent a replacement cover after more than two weeks. Sadly, the new cover didn't last long either, and now I'm stuck with a flat, unwelcoming dog bed that looks nothing like it did originally after just a month. It's really disappointing and definitely not worth the £60 I paid for it. I really regret buying it and wouldn't recommend this company to anyone looking for pet stuff.
Product quality and refund process
The things I bought weren't up to scratch for the amount I paid. But getting my money back was a breeze. They kept me in the loop with nice, timely emails about my refund. I did have to pay for returning the items, but they made it clear in the terms and conditions.
Sofa cover
I bought a sofa cover from this company not long ago and I was pretty disappointed with it. It was meant to stay put on the sofa but it kept sliding off. When I wanted to send it back, the customer service wasn't very helpful and they wouldn't take it back. It didn't leave me with a good feeling about the whole thing and I wouldn't suggest buying from them.
Car seat cover
I was so looking forward to getting my car seat cover from funnyfuzzy because it looked amazing on their website. But when it arrived, I was really let down by the quality. The material was so thin and the cover definitely wasn't as non-slip as they claimed. I felt like I'd just thrown my money away on something that didn't match up to what I'd hoped for. By contrast, the car seat cover I got from Amazon before was way better quality even though it was too big for my car.
L-shaped corner settee covers
I bought some L-shaped corner settee covers back in March, but unfortunately, the 70 x 70 ones were too small for my settee. I got in touch with customer service, and they told me to send the covers back at my own cost and pay a bit extra for the bigger 90 x 90 ones. I did what they said, but I still haven't got my new order. I've tried emailing them, but no one has got back to me. It's all been quite annoying, and I'm a bit let down by the company's lack of communication and not following through with sorting this out.
Flimsy 'dog car seat'
I bought a 'dog car seat' from this company because it appeared strong and secure on their website. However, when it was delivered, it turned out to be weak and badly made. I got in touch with customer service straight away to ask for a refund, and after going back and forth for days, they eventually gave me an address to return it to. Despite me checking in with them a few times, I still haven't received my refund. I strongly recommend not dealing with this company as they sell low-quality items and have awful customer service.
Throws
When I got my order of 2 throws, I was really let down. The packaging wasn’t great, and when I took a closer look, the quality of the throws was terrible. It was obvious that I didn’t want to keep them. So, I followed the instructions on their website and emailed the company to ask for a return address. Instead of giving me the address, they wanted a photo, which I quickly sent. Can you believe it, they only offered me a measly 20% discount on my order. I was so shocked by their unprofessionalism that I got in touch with my credit card company and managed to get a refund because the company broke their own rules. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from this company at all – their stuff is poor quality, too expensive, and their customer service is just terrible.
Non-slip sofa cover purchase
The non-slip sofa cover I bought from this company was a real let-down. They promise a refund within 14 days, but they haven't stuck to their word. I've emailed them loads of times, even sent photos, asking for a refund, but they're just ignoring me. Their idea of only giving me 18% back if I keep the dodgy cover is just not on. The cover itself is rubbish - it crumples up as soon as anyone sits on it, so it's basically useless.

Oh my goodness, I can't believe it! I bought this sofa cover and it was just terrible! When my mum saw it, she was so shocked and was like, "What is that?!" So I thought to myself, I need to return it, right? But then the company was being so dodgy, not answering my emails and all. They were asking for photos and then nothing. Like, seriously? Are they even serious about me returning this awful thing or not?! And then it turns out they are actually in China, not the UK like they claimed. So suspicious, don't you think? I decided to report them to the authorities because no one messes with my sofa cover style!

SCAM SCAM SCAM!
Complete scam of a company. Items they sell doesn’t match what you see online, when you receive the item it’s nothing like you ordered. Google their name, there’s a site that states many customers have reported this company for selling items that do not match the description. This company have a way of blocking reviews below 4 or 5 stars on their website. They insist item has to be sent back with tracking info but provide an address that doesn’t exist. Be warned please do not purchase from this site.Dog travel bed
I was really let down by the dog travel bed I got from this website. It's not good quality at all - the stuffing is thin and lumpy, which isn't comfy for my pooch. And there's a dodgy zip too, making it seem like a cheap and shoddy product. And believe it or not, part of my order was even missing! It just goes to show they're not paying enough attention to detail when packing up orders. All in all, I'm really unhappy with what I got and wouldn't suggest shopping from this site.
