Very Helpful
I Purchased a desk from Furniture in Fashion, but unfortunately I had to cancel it due to change of circumstance where I couldn't fit the desk where I wanted. Unfortunately the e.mail I had used to inform them of the cancellation was apparently a no reply one. So, the desk was dispatched. When I called the company, a young lady kindly advised me how to cancel properly - and e.mailed me the link straight away. I was concerned that they may charge for cancellation after dispatch, but a young gentleman named Mark called me to say that they will not charge any fees and would give a full refund. I was delighted that the company had not tried to slip in charges - so, I will have my money back, ready for some space to be come available, so that I can re-order the desk I so much wanted.

I purchased a TV stand with the led lights from furnitureinfashion. The product was very good, solid and stylish so very happy with it. However the remote control for the lights did not work after a short while. I have contacted to Customer services and they advised me to submit the problem online which I did. Considering the parts are coming from Germany certainly there is a bit wait. But during this time their support team followed the progress and without me even needing to contact them again Nancy from the support team was in contact with me to update and to check if the parts arrived etc..which I call this an outstanding customer service. Definitely recommend them and definitely I will be purchasing from them again in the future.
Side tables, console table, TV stand
I recently ordered three side tables, a console table, and a TV stand from Furniture in Fashion, and I have to say, I am really impressed with the quality of the products. The items arrived quickly, just a few days after ordering, and the delivery men were really polite and professional. Putting together the side tables was super easy, they were so simple to assemble that I did it all on my own. The TV stand was a bit more tricky, but with my husband's help, we managed to set it up with no problems. The furniture not only looks stylish and elegant but also feels really sturdy and well-made. I've had lots of compliments on them and would definitely recommend Furniture in Fashion to anyone in need of quality furniture pieces.

I have bought multiple items from this website over the last few years and found staff has been very helpful in providing appropriate help and information, delivery is fast too. All products received in good conditions. If I talk about 100% customer satisfaction then there is no company across the Globe which can commit that their each any every customer is satisfy its not easy to satisfy every single customer as I am also running business, so I can understand about it but whenever I need to buy something, first I visit furniture in fashion website as they have an extensive range. Totally recommend it and please do ignore the fake comments left below and Negative marketing doing by competitors.....

I purchased two pieces of flat pack furniture from furniture in fashion and had to contact them due to a couple of damaged items contained within the parcels. The lady who dealt with me, Nancy, couldn't be more helpful and kept me updated as to what she was able to do for me quickly and efficiently. It is always an inconvenience when you receive a parcel containing damaged parts but I have not really found it to be a problem this time due to the professional way my case has been handled. Many thanks furniture in fashion, I won't hesitate to shop with you again and will be recommending you to friends and family.

Sideboard purchase
My family and I had been looking for the perfect sideboard for a long time, but we finally found one on this furniture website. The choices available were great and we were really happy with what we saw. Ordering it was a breeze and the prices were really reasonable. The delivery was fast and we were kept informed every step of the way. The sideboard itself is really top quality, although the assembly instructions were a bit tricky to follow. It took us longer than we thought to put it together, but it looks fantastic now and we're delighted with it! We'll definitely be coming back to shop here again.
Triplo gloss white round rotating coffee table
I'm very happy with my purchase but the excellent customer service has prompted me to leave this positive review. One of the largest parts in the initial delivery was incorrect, but Anthony, Brian and Frank in the support team promptly replied to my emails and sorted out the problem. They sent the new part and the incorrect part was picked up at the same time by their delivery driver.
I think we're all quick to leave negative reviews when we're not satisfied so it's important and a real pleasure to leave this positive review.

I recently got some furniture from this store and it's really lovely. It looks just like it did on the website. The delivery was quick and efficient, which impressed me. The only thing was it took a bit longer to put together than I expected, but for the price and quality, it was definitely worth it. Coffee table purchase
The coffee table I bought from the shop is really gorgeous. As soon as I spotted it, I knew I had to have it, and it fits perfectly in my living room. I was a bit disappointed though to find out that they don't deliver to Northern Ireland, where I live. Thankfully, my husband goes to Liverpool a lot, so we got it delivered to my in-laws' house there. Even with this little hiccup, the delivery was fast and the table arrived in great condition. I'm really happy with my purchase overall and grateful for the hassle-free delivery.

I bought this table from that place, and honestly, it's really rubbish! The paper started peeling off after just 8 months, and the drawers don't even work properly. I tried complaining, but they didn't bother doing anything to fix it! I'd recommend steering well clear of that place, to be honest.

Bed frame with damage
To be honest, my experience with this company was a complete nightmare. I bought a bed frame from them and when it came, it had some damage. I got in touch with their customer service and they had the cheek to say that it was okay to sell new items with damage. They wouldn't exchange the broken part and I was left with the choice of either keeping the damaged frame or sending it back. Absolutely shocking.
