I’ve still got a couple of tidying jobs and one section needs a tiny tweak where the stones settled, but overall it looks much better and has reduced the damp patch. Also appreciated Gemma chasing up delivery. Would use them again.
Garden-sorted at last
I was halfway through planting when I finally realised I was actually happy with this — odd feeling after months of waiting. A friend had shown me theirs first, that’s how I found the maker, and I ordered well in advance because I liked the look and the reviews. Communication was patchy, delivery took ages and for a while I kept thinking we’d been left in limbo, which was stressful. Then one day a courier turned up and, yes, the boxes had a ding and one panel isn’t perfectly aligned, but honestly it was small and not worth the bother of a complaint. Once assembled the majority of it looks great and does the job really well — sturdier than I expected, actually. The owner even asked for a positive review after delivery, which felt a bit cheeky at the time, but fair play, he does seem to know his stuff; there’s proper background in erosion and stabilisation tucked away online, which gave me confidence. So not flawless, delivery annoyed me, but glad I waited — would tell a neighbour to go for it, just expect a wait and don’t fuss over tiny marks.
