I bought it because my back was killing me after long shifts at my desk, needed something ergonomic. Delivery arrived early and tidy — nice surprise, box looked good. Keyboard did its job for a few months. Then it just died. Tried support, only a Gmail address and silence. No returns. Felt a bit like gadget ghosting. If I'd gone to a shop I'd have had more hope of a refund.
Proper keys, decent bargain
Seems great — keys feel lovely, price was spot on; a minor rattle though.
Follow-up sealed it
I was sceptical at first — after dodgy experiences elsewhere — but when their follow-up email actually answered my nagging question I relaxed. Support was quick, clear and practical; prices seemed reasonable, and they sorted a small issue without faff. Not flashy, just efficient. That’s when I knew they’d done a good job.
