Forest Sorrento Arbor
Good points, delivery came earlier than expected. Very good quality. Decided to stain it with Barrettine Golden Brown, delighted with out come.
The hard points are, delivered without construction instructions, so downloaded from the net. We are both very used to building stuff, lots of years doing houses up, but this arbor proved difficult, mainly because the instructions are very poor need to be rewritten!
Did do and very pleased with it. I can supply photos is any one is interested.Good Love it

I bought a pre-lit christmas tree from them in November 2022, seemingly all was fine until November 2023 when I opened to use it again and the lights didn't work. I contacted them as after less than 5 weeks of use this felt sub-standard. I was informed that due to me being in touch 1 year and 3 DAYS after placing my order and the fact they no longer work with the supplier that I wasn't entitled to anything as a result of a product clearly not being fit for purpose. They offered me £20 as a 'goodwill gesture' to buy some lights which is insulting. If ypu're thinking about buying from them then do yourself a favour and don't - Go somewhere more reliable

advertised a white christmas tree and what i received was not white. they said i need to pay £30 to return the item which cost £64.99. they admitted in writing that the item sent was different to what was advertised. absolutely disgraceful!
T&G Forest Gate
There was a fault with the gate which purchased and I tried to raise this with GardenChic including photos. I have emailed them 6 times over 7 weeks but still have not received a single reply. They are only interested in "selling" and completely lack any Customer Service to deal with any problems if they occur. The small saving I made by buying from them (they are cheaper than others) has been lost 10x by having an £80 gate which I cannot use !
Bought Gardeco Clay chiminea and it fell apart
Paid £150 for Gardeco chiminea and followed the care instructions meticulously only to find the product fell apart. The company are not interested and quick to blame the customer and a shrug of the shoulders that this has occurred. Very poor customer service experience and after sales care non existent
