By early July the LEDs had simply stopped — no warning, just dark. The gazebo itself was fine, and the two chaps who assembled it did a tidy job in about four hours; they turned up on time, worked efficiently and left the place reasonably clean. That actually matters, and it's the reason I'm still a bit gutted about everything else. I bought the Supremo LED gazebo for around £4.5k in April, it arrived in May and the build was fine. Then the lights failed and the trouble started. GardenFurniture.co.uk passed my complaint to Supremo, Supremo acknowledged it and said they'd fix it but that they were busy. A couple of months went by with nothing. When I chased Supremo directly I ended up on a long call where someone admitted they were organising emails by model because there were a lot of issues — frank, but not helpful. Follow-ups produced promises and silence. I gave GardenFurniture formal notice asking them to act since I purchased through them; that got ignored too. Their site now seems down and there are hints they might be in administration, which complicates things. I've had better aftercare from smaller local suppliers who actually sent a spare part within a week, so this feels like a step backwards. I'm going to try Trading Standards next — not hopeful, but I want to exhaust options. Mostly annoyed, not angry; just disappointing after the good start with the installers. I'll update if anything changes.

Delivery turned up on the day we asked, and the table was exactly what we wanted — proper solid tabletop, looks the part on the patio. Then the comedy of errors: only four chairs arrived, not six, and the four were the wrong style; a bit like getting half a puzzle and pieces from another box. I called the advertised number, spoke to someone helpful who promised to check with the warehouse and ring back. Cue radio silence. Since then we've had a handful of phone calls over four days — lots of promises to call back, lots of "we'll speak to the warehouse" — and no return calls. Emails were acknowledged (they could even repeat our message back), but that was that. Practical impact: we've been using the table every day as a makeshift desk and for supper, so the missing chairs are a real nuisance — neighbours sitting awkwardly on garden stools while we juggle plates. We're chasing a refund and it's frustrating; part of me felt reassured by the punctual delivery of the table, but the aftercare has been woeful. If you can't stand uncertainty, I'd think twice.
