Settled in, but not without a hassle 5 April 2026

decent picture, simple app, and the housing seems solid. The problem was the delivery/packing side. The parcel arrived without the SIM card and the solar panel I paid for, despite the shipment notification and tracking. I sent a few polite reminder emails over several days — a bit of repetition, I know — and at first got no reply. After chasing them a couple of times they finally acknowledged it and arranged to send the missing parts, which I appreciate; would have preferred it sooner, though. Minor quibbles: the outer box was creased and the instructions could be clearer, but nothing that stopped installation. Now it’s part of my daily routine — I check clips with my morning coffee and the motion alerts are helpful. Overall I’m glad it worked out, and I’m thankful they sorted the missing items in the end. I’d buy again if communication improves, and I’d advise others to double-check what’s packed on arrival. Not perfect, but usable and ultimately satisfying.
