Electric fans purchased
I've bought stuff from this company twice now and I've been really pleased with the quality of their products. I got some electric fans on both occasions and they've been great in my home. Ordering was easy and I didn't have any problems with it. The delivery was quick too, my things arrived within a week of ordering. I'm impressed with how fast and professional this company is and I'll definitely shop with them again in the future.
Rice cooker and electric fan purchase
I bought a rice cooker and an electric fan from this company not too long ago, and I have to say, I am really impressed. Faulty oven replacement
I had a bit of a problem with my oven, would you believe it, only 16 months after I bought it! Luckily, they didn't have the same model in stock, but Geepas did me a solid by letting me pick out something else worth the same amount for a replacement under warranty. The whole thing went really well, all sorted through email. Gotta give it to them, their customer service was top-notch and they really went out of their way to make sure I was happy.
Great fan with different speeds and remote control
I bought this fan that has various speeds and comes with a remote control. The base is really strong, which is awesome because things in my house often get knocked over easily. It would have been even better if it came already assembled. I attempted to put the outer cage together, but I couldn't quite do it. Maybe it's simple for those who enjoy DIY, but that's not my thing. Apart from that, it's a fantastic fan!
Electric kettle
I purchased an electric kettle from this place and it's absolutely fantastic! It boils water incredibly quickly and is really simple to operate. I've had some bad experiences with other kettles in the past, but this one is excellent. Also, the price is very reasonable compared to other brands. Geepas is definitely the top choice for kitchen appliances!
Food processor accessories replacement
I bought a food processor from this shop not long ago, but was let down when I found out that the accessories were faulty. Even after showing proof several times that they're not functioning properly, the shop refuses to replace them. The customer service I've gotten and their lack of understanding about the faulty product has left me really disappointed.
Quick delivery of a product for arthritis relief
I was really pleased with how fast the product was delivered to me. I've got arthritis in my hand and needed something to help. It came quickly and I've already started using it. I can't really say if it's working yet, but I'm optimistic that it will help ease my pain. I plan on using it regularly and keeping my fingers crossed for some good results.

False next-day delivery promise and inaccurate product information
I was so disappointed with my experience at that shop. I paid for next-day delivery and didn't get my order until 5 days later. And to make things worse, the information about the product was wrong, so I felt like I'd been tricked and it really annoyed me.If you ask me, I won't be using their website again.

I was expecting to receive my order the next day, but I had to get in touch with them before it was even dispatched. It's a bit of a letdown really. I was really looking forward to getting my hands on my stuff pronto, but that didn't quite work out. I'm completely gutted.

I've tried so many times to register my warranty, but it's just really difficult! I even sent an email but didn't hear back at all. How on earth am I supposed to register my warranty?

I absolutely adore this electric fan, it's brilliant! Plus, it's really affordable and does a fantastic job. I appreciate being able to control the speed, and it's not too loud either. I will definitely be buying another one.
