water drips from the soleplate even when switched off and there was dust inside that kept falling onto clothes, which made ironing messy. Doubts eased a bit, not entirely. Oddly, steam output is strong, which surprised me.
Pot rescue mission
I was half-asleep when the pot jumped off the filter and shattered — classic Monday. I first saw the seller on a local Facebook group after a mate recommended them, so I phoned. Their customer service, especially a rep called Fathima, stuck with me through lots of back-and-forth, patient and resourceful. My machine's discontinued but they found a replacement and sent it for just postage. Not flawless (a bit slow at times) but it works. I told my sister.
Not convinced at first
I first saw this at a mate’s house and ordered one the same week, a bit intrigued but wary. It worked about four times then the fizz just stopped, pressed the button and nothing. I messaged them twice — website and Messenger — and got no reply, so I was ready to cancel the payment. Then, inexplicably, five days later an email appeared (turns out my inbox was messing up), they asked for details, I sent them and they sent a replacement bottle and instructions. I only felt properly content when it finally made that clean, fizzy hiss again.
Kettle drama, sorted
Honestly, they sorted it — and quick. The kettle turned into a mini sauna last week, refused to switch off and steamed the kitchen, so I sent the fault details and expected a faff. Instead they replied almost straightaway, apologised and offered a replacement that’s arriving today. I’ve had worse experiences with other firms, so this felt surprisingly smooth. I did panic a bit, and yes I checked the plug twice, but credit where it’s due — polite, efficient and I’m actually quite pleased.
Odd start, decent finish
the lid didn't sit properly and would pop open as it boiled, so the auto‑shutoff didn't always kick in and boiling water sprayed onto the counter. I wasn't keen on paying return postage for something clearly dodgy, so I binned it. After I left a low‑star review Geepas got in touch, proper apologetic, and offered a replacement. The new kettle arrived quickly, the lid now clicks shut solidly and it behaved on a proper boil — a relief. It's not flawless (handle feels a bit plasticky and it whistles slightly), but it works well enough and I'll buy from them again.
Tiny helper that actually helps
I wasn't expecting much, honestly. I'd struggled with chopping for months — dodgy back and all that — so I bought this on my grandson's Amazon account because I couldn't be arsed with another heavy gizmo. It turned out to be proper handy. The moment I knew I was chuffed was when I blitzed a load of tomatoes and they weren't a sad mush but a nice chunky mix, which surprised me. Quiet too. It's small, simple, double blades do the job. I've had it a few months now and still use it most weeks. Bit of a relief, really.

I bought a food processor from this shop not long ago, but was let down when I found out that the accessories were faulty. Even after showing proof several times that they're not functioning properly, the shop refuses to replace them. I had a bit of a problem with my oven, would you believe it, only 16 months after I bought it! False next-day delivery promise and inaccurate product information
I was so disappointed with my experience at that shop. I paid for next-day delivery and didn't get my order until 5 days later. And to make things worse, the information about the product was wrong, so I felt like I'd been tricked and it really annoyed me.If you ask me, I won't be using their website again.

I was expecting to receive my order the next day, but I had to get in touch with them before it was even dispatched. It's a bit of a letdown really. I was really looking forward to getting my hands on my stuff pronto, but that didn't quite work out. I'm completely gutted.
