I really love this jewellery store! I bought some rings and necklaces from here, and I wear them every day. The gold stays shiny and never changes colour, which is really important to me. The gemstones they have are beautiful, and the designs are so modern and cool. I just can't get enough of them! The prices are great for the quality you receive, I feel like I'm getting a real bargain every time I shop here. And let me tell you about the delivery - it's super quick, I always receive my order the next day. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for stylish and affordable jewellery!
Earrings purchase
I bought a pair of earrings from this company when they were on sale. But when they arrived, they weren't even attached in the box and looked really cheap. One of the spikes actually fell off when I tried them on, showing that they definitely didn't check the quality properly. I was really disappointed overall and felt like they were way too pricey for such poor quality. I did manage to get a refund in the end after reaching out to customer service, but it took quite a few tries because their phone number was pretty useless.
Heart ruby bracelet purchase.
I recently treated myself to a lovely heart ruby bracelet from Gemondo and I must say, I am absolutely over the moon with my purchase. It's just as delicate and stunning as I'd hoped, adding a touch of class to any outfit. I can't wait for the weather to warm up so I can show it off. The delivery was super speedy and the bracelet came in such a gorgeous presentation. I really admire that Gemondo uses ethically sourced gemstones and jewellery - it's important to me. Even though I saw cheaper versions of this bracelet elsewhere, none of them could match up to the quality of what Gemondo offers. The price I paid was fair for such a beautiful piece of jewellery.
Hexagon necklace with lapis lazuli
I was really impressed with how quickly my order arrived and how easy the website was to use. The gift wrapping was done beautifully and added a lovely extra special touch. The hexagon necklace with lapis lazuli that I bought is just gorgeous, with a delicate design that really shows its quality. The person I gave it to was thrilled with it, which made me so happy.
Necklace purchase
I got a necklace from your shop recently and I have to say, it's really good quality. The design is so pretty and the gemstones shine brilliantly. However, I do need to mention that the way you communicate could be better. I sent back a product on the 2nd of November, but I haven't heard anything to confirm if you've got it yet. It would be really helpful if there was clearer communication about returns and refunds. I tried to get in touch with customer service to check, but I didn't hear back, unfortunately.
Beautiful ring, stone fell out
I bought a lovely ring as a gift, but sadly, after only 10 months, the stone fell out. I tried emailing customer service quite a few times, but didn't get any replies. Eventually, they said that since the 3-month warranty had passed, I'd have to send the ring back at my own cost and wait 3-4 months for a repair.
9ct gold and diamond letter H necklace with a Stirling silver and emerald Taurus pendant
I recently bought two necklaces from Gemondo. One was a lovely 9ct gold necklace with a diamond letter H pendant, and the other was a Stirling silver necklace with an emerald Taurus pendant. Both necklaces were delicate and really lovely, just what I wanted. The clasps on both necklaces are strong and simple to use, which I really like. I'm really happy with my purchases and would definitely suggest them to others.
Emerald bracelet for 55th Wedding Anniversary
I am absolutely delighted with my emerald bracelet from this company. It was the ideal gift for our 55th Wedding Anniversary celebration. I myself a jewellery designer. I have worked with lot of brands, some are very much known. I kind of know the inside out buying mantras about it. so honestly, I Can tell there are not very much great options for jewellery concerning everyhting like cost, quality, deisgn and genuine-ness. There are some brands which you can trust with closed eyes but they are so much costly. however,there are not much difference
