Ring with loose settings
I bought this ring with settings that are a bit loose, and I absolutely love it. But I'm gutted because it's now the third ring in a row where the stones have fallen out after just a few days of wearing it. I only had this one on for three hours before I saw a stone missing. The settings definitely need to be better quality because this is really not on. I've already got in touch with customer service and now I'm just waiting for them to give me a ring back or sort out either compensation or a return for me.
Ring purchase
I bought a ring from this company not long ago and I was pretty pleased with how it fit and the quality. But I have to say, I was a bit let down by the colour of the stone. I was hoping for a vibrant blue shade, but it actually looks more greenish and darker than I thought it would be.

I recently bought some really special stone jewellery from this company, and I have to say I'm blown away by how good the quality and design are. I usually go to jewellery stores in Hatton Garden, but the prices there are much higher due to their overheads. I've had a great experience with the call centre, they were really quick at sorting out my orders for presents for my friends. Although, there were a couple of times when I had to send things back. Getting a refund was easy and stress-free. Generally, I thought the candles and other bits were worth the money.

I decided to buy something after seeing it on a TV show, and I was really impressed with how quickly and smoothly my order went through. As soon as I placed my order online, I started getting emails to let me know how it was going. And when it was time for delivery, Royal Mail kept me up to date with when it would arrive. Overall, everything happened so fast and easily, just like I hoped it would with this company.
Low-quality stones
Even though the delivery time was pretty good, I was really let down by the quality of the stones in the item I got from the company. The diamonds looked all milky, and the clarity wasn't as good as I thought it would be. I've bought similar things from other brands before and their quality was way better. Although I liked the style of the item, the bad quality of the stones has made me unsure about buying from the company again in the future.
Malachite chunk

Jade and Malachite purchase
I bought a box of Jade and a Malachite bangle from here recently and I was really disappointed. The Jade box didn't have any certificates and the items were just chucked in haphazardly, and the Malachite bangle came without a certificate too. It's really annoying to get products without the right paperwork, especially when you've worked hard for your money.

Pink stone disappointment
I was so looking forward to getting my delivery from Gemporia, but when I finally unwrapped it, I felt a bit let down because the stone wasn't as pink as I thought it would be. The colour was a lot duller than the nice, bright shade displayed on the website. I know that stones can differ, but this was a big contrast.
